放工約埋兩位老死,走到銅鑼灣食西餐。上次有間意大利餐廳好想試,但因為新開張無耐,所以未正式營業,今次返去係專登為咗試佢。 餐廳唔大,但係裝修、擺設都幾有格調。先來咗個煙燻黑松露松板肉沙律。上枱係用蓋合住,拎開蓋,啲白色的煙霧離漫,有陣陣橡木香。 侍應話廚師係想刻意營造返豬係森林揾黑松露的畫面。因為以前搵黑松露嘅主要係用豬,但後來因為豬朋友太為食所以呢先用狗去揾。呢個菜式入面有豬頸肉啦,同埋唔同嘅果仁仲有唔同嘅蔬菜,帶點森林的意境。 第二道餸就係花蓮辣椒番茄海鮮意大利粉,蝦有三大隻仲有不少大蜆!好鍾意佢意粉嘅質地,食落口微辣,啱晒我哋呢啲唔食得辣但有想過後人的人。蝦又爽口彈牙,好好食。 海膽意大利飯係另一推薦。平常不太喜歡將生海膽配熟食。但這個飯將馬糞海膽搗成醬,混入了意大利飯中。入口食到海膽鮮甜又creamy,加埋粒粒香煎了的北海道大帶子,味道無可排剔! 最後點多左個釀雞翼,估唔到個釀雞翼好令人驚喜!飽滿的雞翼入面無骨,一半爽彈蝦肉,一半係台灣腸。三重層次的享受,加埋香脆的雞皮,一食上癮。 甜品Tiramisu同樣令人驚喜,質地creamy而帶濃濃酒香,入口甜度剛好,那即溶的感覺令人
