今日去長沙灣揾朋友食飯,帶左我黎意間潮滙館,因為佢係長沙灣番工,佢成日都會同同事放工黎食。係門口睇到好多不同報導,好像幾有名啵^_^相信有信心保證^_^鹵水鵝拼盤$138,份量不少,拼盤大約有八塊、鵝件,紅腸、蛋。其實鹵水要入味,可能會鹵到肉質變老。但意間既鹵水鵝入味但肉質肉嫩,肥瘦比例剛好,帶一點點肥,令入口更香。韭菜鵝紅 $68,坊間好少有的,因為鵝紅味道比豬紅味道更濃更鮮。味道平衡且質感嫩滑。椒鹽九肚魚$88,外層非常脆口,內裡香滑,不油不膩,師傅控制火路精準。加上椒鹽惹味,食過晤停得口。香煎九肚魚洛 $88,並非蠔餅般的脆口,是軟餅質感的,但可食到魚肉的鮮嫩^_^加上蔥花花生一齊混合煎成,口感層次豐富,送酒真係一流選擇。砂鍋羔蟹粥 $168一鍋,份量比想像中多。原煲上枱夠哂霸氣。份量大約有六小碗,2-3人分享不錯。羔蟹有一大隻,肉質實肉,多羔,夠鮮味。粥底夠棉,味道鮮甜可口,啖啖蟹肉,一級享受。^_^
