放工俾同事帶來這間設計有特色的酒吧飲嘢,鬆一鬆!坐低點了兩杯Cocktail 。Kissaten,由冧酒,雪利酒,嗓子,焦糖,同埋espresso 調配而成,咖啡同酒嘅比例恰到好處,喺急速嘅生活之中,令人回想到底要放鬆心情,還是要集中享受即將來臨嘅美食。Empress,由日系氈酒,酸蘋果酒,青檸調配而成,小清新嘅味道配上型格嘅擺盤,令人拍案叫絕。脆核桃小女子,小女子是何許人,小甜魚是也,作為助酒前菜,恰如其份。無花果脆薯蟹籽沙律, 以色列嘅無花果配上輕輕炸過嘅薯絲,再加埋鮑汁嘅蟹籽同埋青瓜絲,無論係味道同埋賣相都係一流。迷你蟹黃蟹肉窩夫撻,鬆脆嘅外皮,包住啖啖鮮甜嘅蟹肉同埋甘香嘅蟹黃,絕對係呢間餐廳嘅一絕。日式燒雞中翼勁juicy。西班牙黑豚玉子燒,喺玉子燒上面包住巴馬火腿,鹹香同埋蛋香撈埋一齊,估唔到又幾好食。日本豆腐,上枱嘅時候仲以為係玉子燒,但係原來係一粒粒嘅豆腐,喺上面加咗燒汁同埋木魚碎,另有一番風味。雞翼釀鮑魚,大大隻鮑魚釀喺雞翼入邊,上枱仲用鮑魚殼擺盤,心機之作喺其他日式串燒店都少見。北海道辣味魷魚肝汁松葉蟹肉意大利麵,蟹肉比意大利麵還要多,爽脆嘅青瓜為呢碟主食增加層次,好
