雖然我係八十後既男士,但對懷舊事物特別有興趣,在七八十年代個份人情味,真係鍾愛。火鍋店就是用七八十年代為主題屋企為主題,裝修擺設枱櫈都是懷舊的。餐牌只是好簡單文字,真係以前餐廳做法。火鍋醬料了自助形式,是有時候一個小茶煲來盛載的,幾特別。花膠魚肚雞湯!強烈推介!湯底香濃,材料十足,飲湯都飲左二碗。加上魚肚吸味爽口滾湯後,攞起雞切件,又可以食,正!十下三寶滑,手打之作,新鮮質地好。本地手切牛肉,牛味濃。牛白胸膀油,坊間少有,十分邪惡。但好好味,咬落爽口特別。陳皮魚旦,打邊爐較少有,有陳皮香味。台灣蒜味香腸,台灣香腸打邊爐就幾吸味。三星蔥醬爆貢丸,必食,三星蔥大家都知台灣名產,變成醬爆丸,真係好味。寬冬粉蔬菜拼盤
