媽子最近老是外遊,三不五時不在家,放工只能和老弟二人解決。來到了銅鑼灣的塩玉居酒屋。 不是老弟帶,其實不會知道這家餐廳,他極力推介軟殻蟹沙律!好吧見他這麼落力大讚,當然得一試! 桌上先來的也正好是它,那份量不少的沙律上,就是軟殻蟹。急不及待夾了一嚿放入口,知道老弟推介的原因。因為一般的軟殻蟹,有種硬是炸脆的感覺,這個就是完完全全蟹在褪殻時的狀態,蟹是真的軟殻!炸完後一咬即碎,不需花費牙力! 再來是點了餐牌上的時令刺身,是因為老弟想食的。名字叫曹以魚,份量不少,上枱一刻還是十分新鮮。肉質晶瑩帶咬口,不走肥美路線取而代之是爽口!!食完叫侍應收走魚頭,但原來餐廳會為我們將魚頭煲湯。 左口魚是我最愛,所以火炙左口魚邊壽司肥美又甘香,好好食!!松葉蟹腳壽司蟹肉鮮甜,上面鋪了蟹膏,入口有蟹膏香。 黑豚露筍卷小小一串,露筍脆口加上少少咸香,不錯。 芝士煙肉年糕樣子肥肥的,年糕煙韌,加上淡淡〈之士香,夾少許煙肉,食完好滿足。仲有個燒豆腐,上面係滿滿木魚絲,豆腐塗滿了醬汁,簡單又好食。 最後的櫻花蝦茶漬飯熱辣辣上枱,好鍾意個湯綠茶味好濃,加上粒粒櫻花蝦撈埋一

最後飲埋個香濃的麵豉魚頭湯,好滿足。而且估唔到個湯咁足料去煲,大大個魚頭加上冬菇及紫菜,味道好濃郁。而且世界杯期間呢度仲有波睇,所以冕市時段好熱鬧。難怪老弟叫我一定要預先BOOK位啦。
