To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 星期日早上約了大學同學和大學教授共5人去飲茶,為左就其老人家,我地選左上環信德中心的美心。早上10點到,人頗多,已見有人在等位。幸好我們有人早到,位已拎好。飲茶都係點啲大路野黎食。腸粉呀、蘿蔔糕、芋頭糕等。我最愛食粥,所以點左碗花生瘦肉粥。咁啱推出緊懷舊點心系列,但見唔特別吸引,所以無點。點心都係同大路茶樓差不多,但因為美心皇宮,所以總帶著一點期望。然而卻令人失望。牛肉球呀,釀豆腐那些點心,都還可以,但凡有蝦的點心,食得出隻蝦係唔新鮮。燒賣,蝦餃,隻蝦嘅肉質都係好死實。貪得意點嘅豬膶燒賣,件豬膶好乾好硬,咬一啖就停左手。奶黃包正常,但唔特別好食,啲奶黃唔多,亦唔滑,亦無爆漿感。整體黎講,太失望,好耐未食過一餐質素咁差的點心。幸好價錢不貴,否則就傷心死了。
