是日外勤尖沙咀,一早book定牛駅放工一齊食個麻辣火鍋。早前其實跟朋友們食過一次,食完覺得未夠,念念不忘,所以難得尖沙咀放工,今次要encore食個夠。揀了$288的SRF美國極黑和牛餐,選了鴛鴦鍋,一邊是扨牌麻辣一邊是椰子雞鍋,椰子雞仲有大半隻雞在湯入面,清甜又足料。落完鍋廐點完菜,去自助區拎野食,冷盤只拿了中華沙律、枝豆、泡菜等開開胃口,留肚等食肉!飲品有我愛的珍珠奶茶,實在太好了,打邊爐飲珍珠奶茶真的一絕!而且這杯自家出品甜度剛好,解辣一流。自家製的魚皮、響鈴亦夠脆,當然還有一大碟蔬菜,要打邊爐食得健康,首先要食菜打底,這裏的蔬菜新鮮,選擇又夠多,金菇、冬菇、生菜、豆苗、菜心,都洗得好乾淨,放在椰子湯最適合不過!海鮮雖然不是大大隻那種,但很新鮮,最愛食蝦、帆立貝和八爪魚仔,啖啖肉,牛栢業、魷魚、豬肚等則爽口,放麻辣鍋最好!墨魚滑、滷牛筋、蝦仁棒棒、滷大腸等,都是推介必食,當然不能錯過!放麻辣湯最好。重點當然是食極黑和牛及肩胛肉,我認為這個餐任食這兩款牛肉已經好夠,因為不會過多油花,脂肪和肉的比例剛好,我們一共encore了兩轉,都主力食這兩款肉,至於安格斯牛版腱和牛舌都只是吃過一
