每次和不吃牛的朋友吃飯,就會想起MokuMoku,因為可以吃豬。這天晚上回到了銅鑼灣的店,想不到居然座無虛席,幸好有訂位。      坐下先點了最喜愛的果味汽酒,我還是選了百喝不厭的巨峰提子味,朋友的是乳酸味。像這種酸甜帶氣泡的果酒,配串燒,感受熱氣和冰凍碳酸那種雙重衝擊,簡直一流。   朋友好魚,二話不說先來了條烤魚。這條魚真夠大,帶灰的外皮燒得焦黑,內裏的肉卻細緻嫩白。牠不走滑嫩路線,卻以鮮味取勝,淋上一點檸檬汁或搭上一片酸薑齊食,鮮味更突出。   西班牙黑豚豬頸肉串也是我的愛,愛在那瘦與肥之間的層次。肥油正好由瘦帶爽的肉中流出。咀嚼時陣陣油香。         豬脷是我另一熱愛,厚切的它啖啖肉,而肉又帶脆。豬肝和豬心在外面比較難食到,我們用來以形補形,尤其鍾情這兩個串燒配的特製燒汁,濃稠得黎帶甜,令食這內臟時,去腥也去膩。    韭菜泡菜豬肉卷、蒜心豬肉卷、秋葵豬肉卷就夾雜了蔬菜在內,感覺比較新鮮也去了一點肉感。微辣的韭菜泡菜豬肉卷,辣得來有韭菜香。蒜心帶甜,連著豬肉形狀圓碌碌,一口一粒。    秋葵是健康食物,夾著豬肉,少了份罪惡感。 甜品是我

甜品是我最愛的椰子雪糕。濃郁的椰香、幼滑的質地是出面難找的。朋友的菠蘿雪葩造型可愛到暈,微酸中帶甜,食完好開胃。都被我們清了光。
