放工約左同事farewell去食韓燒,其實一向對韓燒興趣不大,食的話都係為左陪阿媽食。今次既然同事提議又見佢地咁想,便去一試。約左尖咀分店8點鐘,餐廳係上一層,都算大,而,且座位都好多下。但值得一讚係油煙味不算大,通風幾好。一行5人,都點左幾多野食。我地坐低,侍應先送上前菜,包括泡菜、芽菜及鮮洋葱。特別之處係呢度個燒鍋個邊可以俾你倒蛋汁落去,一路燒,順便熱熟啲蛋,仲無限添加。招牌喜來稀肉,砌到成朵花咁靚上枱,雖然得一塊,但捲到成朵花,咁,都幾有技巧。而且仲係塊菇上面印左個店名,有啲gimmick。肉質都結實多汁,燒落甜甜地,幾好食~再係護心肉,肉質較厚身,係韓燒必食的,因為唔似一般牛肉咁脂肪較多,而係走爽口的路線。牛肋條切成長條型,燒時好方便,肉厚多脂,好味!!!牛五花鋪滿成碟上枱,份量係令人滿意的。五花肥美,脂肉分明,輕輕燒幾燒其實已經食得。五花腩係好食的,因為肉厚但燒完唔會肥笠笠,包生菜食係好正~~到了豬皮,同事話係必食,但我覺得燒左豬皮質感比較乾身,膠質感不重。比預期失望。我地燒左一輪牛肉,又包生菜乜乜乜,但大食的我地,都唔夠飽。所以點左幾個熟食。反而熟食質素令人有啲驚喜。泡菜葱
