To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 收工後好經常去九龍餐室買菠蘿油食。今次都買菠蘿包,俾咗五十蚊,找一張破損十蚊畀我,嗰陣都未留意,照落銀包行街,去街口買栗子俾阿姊提醒,先知找咗一張破損十蚊港紙...所以搵返轉頭,轉咗第二位同事,唔認,唔收,嗌我去銀行換。如果一開始唔收,點會有破損紙幣?知道破損紙幣要去銀行換,又找番俾人?所以係無follow up,冇道歉,咩都冇。呢間唔會再去。冇人想收到咁樣嘅錢嘅,我唔該你下次見到冇找番俾其他客。十蚊好小事,服務太流。
