To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 食過一次牛油果點豉油之後,就漸漸接受到佢嘅獨有味道再愛上。香港唔算好多用牛油果做主題的餐廳,唉豬見到呢間啲相幾靚,就叫埋三五知己一齊happy 下~叫咗杯《香蕉可可果仁奶昔$85》,第一啖:好杰。 要好大力先啜到上嚟。牛油果味偏淡,香蕉味先出。招牌《科布沙律$158》 額外添加《24小時自家醃製三文魚$58》 咩都有,所有原味嘅材料放埋一碟打卡用。味道係原材料嘅味,加咗少少沙律dressing調味。《龍蝦牛油果漢堡$218》唔講都食唔出有濃郁芒果熱情果醬。《烤焗卡真蕃薯條配山葵蛋黃醬$48》呢個反而有驚喜,係成餐飯中嘅一點清泉。最後嘅《牛油果布朗尼$54》牛油果味完全畀厚實嘅朱古力味蓋咗。舖位喺K11 Musea 最底層food court行到最入,都幾隱蔽同難搵。所有嘢不過不失,打卡幾靚,但應該一次就夠。 continue reading
