將南都未必係間間都係貴餐廳。海天晉匯入面嘅”越式Pho車頭”，算係比較平民嘅美食。一個set dinner一百有找，就有火車頭河粉同越式咖啡。唔好睇佢外貌平凡，咁係因為屋企人要食”全走”嘅效果😅。越式咖啡就十足少甜嘅G7…另外小食如串燒同蝦餅都正常發揮，月尾食都起碼唔會覺得肉痛😅。最後要講講佢有室外座位，方便帶寵物嘅客人。 continue reading

屋企附近開左間新越式餐廳越式PHO車頭，鐘意食越南菜既我一定要試下。我同朋友兩個叫左火車頭、春卷撈檬、牛油雞翼同沙嗲串燒。招牌火車頭份量大，基本既牛丸、牛腩、牛筋、牛柏葉、蘿蔔都有齊。牛骨湯鮮甜濃香，連湯都比我地飲哂。春卷撈檬份量又係好多，春卷炸得酥脆金黃檬粉配埋魚露汁，感覺加添幾分清新。牛油雞翼香口入味，炸得岩岩好，仲保持到肉汁，岩哂重口味既我。沙嗲串燒牛肉大大舊，而且肉質鮮嫩，配埋充滿花生粒既沙嗲醬簡直一絕。 continue reading

今天和朋友在將軍澳行街購物，然後來到這家有越南特色的餐廳吃飯，名字非常有趣，而且吃得好又抵，加$38可以無限添加米粉和丸子！大頭蝦膏蕃茄湯鍋大頭蝦膏散發出濃郁的海鮮香氣，正好與蕃茄的酸甜味相互融合。每隻蝦都有好多蝦膏，肉質緊實彈牙，如果是lunch set ，不單只配送四盒粉絲，仲配送多款越南特色小食和兩杯飲品, 下次一定要過來吃個lunch set!燒牛肉米紙卷做得好靚，包住燒牛肉、粉絲、蔬菜，口味清新！一口咬下，牛肉的鮮嫩與蔬菜的清脆在口中交織，米紙的柔軟質感與醬料的風味相互融合榴槤炸彈金黃色小球的外皮閃爍著微微的光澤，散發出誘人的香氣。每一口都充滿了濃郁的榴槤風味，它滑順而不膩口，仿佛在舌尖上溶化。榴蓮餡質地柔軟，帶有微微的黏性，可以品嚐到榴槤的每一絲美味。 continue reading
