To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 土瓜灣保存舊區特色,有不少具備香港情懷的街道和景點,而對我來說,土瓜灣是日常購物的地方,餸菜、生果、麵包等都比其它區價廉物美。採購完就到欣榮花團地下的翠華食飯。這間翠華非常寬闊,不像其它茶餐廳擠迫,坐得舒服。我最愛喝它的羅宋湯,所以叫了一份羅宋湯配牛油豬。隻豬好迷你,不過碗羅宋湯很大碗,是午餐那一碗的雙倍有多,非常滿足。瑞士汁雞翼是香港地道美食,香甜帶咸香,不可不吃。冠軍焗豬扒飯用上厚肉帶骨豬扒,又軟又腍,配合新鮮番茄蓉和馬蘇里拉芝士,非常開胃。這個焗飯的飯底略濕,好像吸收了羅宋湯的精華一樣,特別濃郁。先生喜歡鐵板,而這個鐵板牛扒午餐相當抵食,他選了黑椒汁和薯菜,此外還有炒薯、湯及飲品,非常豐富呢。羅宋湯+牛油豬仔($32)瑞士汁雞翼($65)冠軍焗豬扒飯($75)午餐鐵板薄西冷牛扒配炒薯+薯菜+羅宋湯+奶茶($73) continue reading
