To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 這店在誠品書店內的第二層，即L1層，這店主打台灣便當和台式茶飲，這次只來買他們的珍珠奶茶。外賣杯設計可愛。奶茶Order 了微甜，甜味是微甜，珍珠比較腍，不夠煙韌彈牙，珍珠量不夠多。雖茶不夠濃但有微微的茶香味，整體不過不失。食物方面，有機會會來試試。This restaurant is on L1 of Eslite Bookstore. The restaurant is serving Taiwanese lunch boxes and Taiwanese tea. I bought the Bubble Tea ($24).The takeaway cup is cute.The sweetness was just right as what I’ve chosen.The pearl was soft, not chewy. The amount of the pearl was not much.The tea was not strong enough whereas with subtle tea fragrance. It’s so so. Might come to try their food next time.

今次叫咗百芳滷雞扒便當配碳焙烏龍 （$66）便當份量超多😍除咗超大塊雞扒仲有好多配菜 有粟米 菜 粉絲 半隻蛋雞扒食落有啲咸 仲肉質好嫩 好林好易咬同其他配菜一齊就可以中和翻個味道✨杯碳焙烏龍冇咩茶味 就算攪勻啲糖漿再飲都唔好飲 下次會試其他飲品ﾟ･ 𖥸──-ˋˏ 👣 ˎˊ-──𖥸 ｡ﾟ･總括嚟講 喺太古城都好難搵到咁大份又抵食嘅餐廳😍下次經過會再食！抵食：🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟回頭率：🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟環境: 🌟🌟🌟🌟

Had dinner with my friend and my sis here just before watching the movie Suzume. .My friend ordered Taiwanese Fried Chicken Bento, while my sis got Braised Noodle Soup with Fried Pork Chop.The Fried Chicken was covered with a rather thick powder. The meat was tender and smooth though. It also got some vermicelli with it. The Braised Noodle Soup was spicy and served with half braised egg. With some black pepper on it, the pork chop was a bit greasy. .The area of the resto was not too big, so it was a bit messy. Since it was mainly self-service, the hygiene could be improved as well.

我以前食過兩次百芳便當，叫過肉臊同雞翼，覺得非常普通，但今晚叫了第一號的豬扒便當，即刻覺得好味好多！豬扒便當$64滷水雞扒便當$66有誠品會員的話就有九折，抵好多。我同侄仔將豬扒同雞扒share黎食，一人一半，兩樣都醃得好夠味，好香口！個飯底就大家一樣，我覺得菜圃辣辣地好開胃，粉絲都好夠味。不過後生仔呢個便當可能就唔夠飽。由於星期六晚八點左右已經賣晒珍珠，野飲我就叫左熱嘅阿薩姆紅茶，我本身以為係普通茶包味，點知飲落都幾好味，好香，侄仔就話同午後X紅茶一樣味。另外呢，百芳呢邊裝修過，好多位好闊落，比錢可以用信用卡，好方便。去餐廳食野記得試招牌先...誠品好多店都轉得好快，百芳做左好耐，不無原因！可以改善的地方係：食堂中間位置就係收集垃圾的地方，坐近果邊會見到垃圾袋拖黎拖去…

台湾盐酥鸡肉燥干拌面（麻辣或者原味都可以选），我选的是麻辣肉燥，不是很辣，平时吃微辣的应该也可以。如果是带回家吃可以加个芝麻酱，更香。我是外卖自取，真的跟预计时间一样，大概二十分钟左右，外卖自取在openrice上有显示点餐进度。配了一杯仙草奶茶，去冰微糖（但还是挺甜的）。盐酥鸡也好吃，但是不是很脆，就是没有裹粉的那种，如果喜欢脆的可能就不会喜欢。个人觉得调味可以多一点，但是如果用盐酥鸡来去辣也不错。总体来说很好吃
