外表不太顯眼的小店,見到menu 有比較少見的「薺菜」雲吞,就入去試一試。店鋪好似只得兩公婆,所以午餐時段樓面顧不上來。踏進鋪頭,冇人招呼的? Anyway, 最後店主都從廚房走出來,感受到佢都好忙。蔥油拌麵:攪拌麵條,有香香的蔥油味。Nice smell!麵條調味剛剛好,唔會太鹹唔會太甜,味道剛剛好。係喜歡蔥油麵嘅朋友,應該會滿意嘅味道。薺菜小雲吞:第一次食薺菜小雲吞,貪新鮮試一試可以。但係個人感覺薺菜個味道唔算太濃郁。如果唔鐘意好大浸菜味嘅朋友,可以一試。但係我本人就鍾意多啲味嗰種,即係韭菜、芹菜嗰啲比較係我鍾意嘅味道。湯底就一般味精湯底,冇乜特別。總結:埋單冇加一,先50幾蚊一個lunch,仲可以想點。係想平平哋食住家味道,一個可以一試嘅選擇。 continue reading

一間專賣餛飩的簡單小舖頭,由兩位大哥大姐打點,菜式簡單,賣鮮肉/薺菜/芹菜/香菇/玉米小餛飩、蒸餃子、蔥油拌麵、炸醬麵、花生醬拌麵,幾款小涼菜和燙青菜。舖頭座位不多, 只有十來個,但地方乾淨企理。牆上有兩幅掛畫介紹餛飩的典故和薺菜的營養,一邊等食物上桌,一邊可以學到嘢,有意思。叫了薺菜小餛飩和蒸餃子套餐, 有十三個小餛飩和六個小蒸餃,小雲吞皮薄而且滑,一個一口剛剛好,食物上枱熱熱騰騰,吃完心和肚在寒冬都暖笠笠。 continue reading

話說兩週前有個星期四,我和家人大約近 2pm還未食晏 ,就到附近閒逛覓食,看到這間「老上海」。我算是半個「上海仔」,小時候經常吃婆婆和媽媽煮的上海家常菜,今天正好兩個人來吃這頓 late lunch。小店格局,店舖只有十個位不到,若果旺場的話,睇環境擺設應該都會坐得幾逼夾,勝在清潔企理,價錢蠻大眾化。2pm 開始的選擇通通 $28,九款選擇,全部送豆漿一杯。不錯,已少甜,該是現成貨,冰凍解渴就好:「上海小雲吞」HK$28薺菜與豬肉雙併,形狀似廣東式的散尾金魚蝦雲呑迷你版,皮薄餡鮮:它並非坊間般用大白菜或西洋菜做餡,上海薺菜與肉的比例約 7:3, 菜帶有獨特草青味:湯底是簡單用麻油、鹽、糖、生抽、蔥和滾水而成的家常湯:它也聰明在只配簡單湯底,有一些紫菜炸蔥粒,以少許香氣去襯托出食材味道的層次感。喜歡的話,也可以買生的淨雲吞回家煮,也是 $28 呢:「老上海牛腩飯」$28的的骰骰,似紅燒的做法,肉質十分腍:調味及滷製火候不錯,用來撈飯,汁料剛剛好,若果可以轉做菜飯就更開心:食完埋單,不用加一。能平吃煮出好的上海菜確是難得,薺菜雲吞我甚是喜歡,出外食也總比自己買上海薺菜在家包雲吞省時省力吧 XD continue reading
