呢間新開嘅米線舖頭,裝修幾別緻。主打米線,所以叫咗個胡椒雞湯米線配豬扒蘿蔔同埋腐皮。個胡椒雞湯味道都幾濃郁。豬扒大大份,個痞又唔會好厚,肉質好粉嫩。但腐皮略嫌有少少硬,可能浸嘅時間唔夠長。豬手味道都唔錯,有好龍嘅酒味,肉質都好Q彈。但係個醬汁有好多辣椒,所以都有啲辣。雞翼新鮮滾熱辣,外皮香脆,好香嘅蜜糖味。炸賴尿蝦,賴尿蝦嘅口感略為鬆散,食落去比較似係魚肉唔似賴尿蝦肉,一碟得四小塊,所以呢款唔係好抵食。整體來講食物嘅質素都唔錯,價錢亦都好親民。 continue reading

係深水埗返左成個月工,未試過哩間有米,見佢啲相幾靚就試佢一試,叫左個一人口水雞米線餐轉擔擔麵外賣,返到公司開黎食嗰吓真係覺得自己伏左,擔擔麵用米線既?擔擔麵個湯明顯係粗粒花生醬溝水, 唔係正常擔擔麵既厚身湯底!口水雞又唔係正常四川口味口水雞,只係幾件冇咩肉既雞加個花椒辣汁,真係極失望,應該唔會有下次。🥺🥺 continue reading

早段時間深水埗西九外墻的裝飾海報成為城中熱話,今天發現這間開業不久的店正正用了林祥焜畫作主題來裝飾。作為一個藝術和創作愛好者,先不管食物質素,只是坐低慢慢欣賞畫作都要啦。日式得來又保留到港式,光顧的客人也有家庭主婦和學生等不同階層,很難理解為何某老牌DJ及政黨會認為有問題。來得都要幫襯下D食物,筆者習慣在這些自由配搭的麵食店都會叫3餸米線、推介小食和特飲。選了豬潤、墨丸、竹笙;小食是沙薑凍豬手,跟餐有特價;特飲是玫瑰士多啤梨伯爵茶。米線湯底是沙白雞湯,有沙白那種海產的鮮味和雞的甜味,而且清而不淡。米線較幼身和軟滑,吃下去很輕盈。豬潤火候剛好,透著粉紅色,也不會有血水,是最爽脆的時刻。竹笙有什麼好處?索湯爽脆又不會油膩。最喜愛這個沙薑凍豬手口感一流,皮和筋爽脆,肉則實淨彈牙、索埋個類似口水雞的汁真是食曬2舊都不夠喉。好像酒吧Cocktail一樣優雅的特飲。吃飽後一邊聽著店內的音樂一邊品嘗就最寫意。音樂是粵語流行曲的鋼琴版,優美且不騷擾之餘還能推廣粵語流行曲,像我這種80後特別喜歡。特飲的果味濃郁,也不會蓋過茶香。埋單86蚊,加埋特飲和小食都算OK。同場也有學生哥在吃,可以見到其實豐儉由人。題外話:不知道最近什麼回事,常遇到特殊要求的食客。這次吃的時候就遇到一個媽媽帶著小妹妹和印傭姐姐來吃,3個人9樣Order幾乎每樣都有特別需要(如走呢樣走果樣、上了桌後要分湯帶走),店員都很有禮和耐心地一一滿足。看到連印傭都吃得很開心。 continue reading

Came here for a late lunch because boyfriend mentioned that this place was decorate with drawings done local artist 林祥焜  Elphonso Lam.Located in Sham Shui Po, it is a nicely decorated noodle shop.There were drawings done by the artist throughout the place.Including this spectacular mural on one wall.Menu is in Chinese only. There is no English and no 10% service charge. You pay on your way out. As we were here just as afternoon started, we ordered from the afternoon tea menu. Tea sets come with a drink.I had the vermicelli in tomato soup with Taiwanese pork balls and chicken wings ($36). The soup was not that good. Didn't have much tomato taste other than being extremely sour. The balls were ok. Nothing really special.The wings were juicy and well seasoned.Boyfriend had the signature vemicelli with beef brisket and mushrooms ($42). This was also not that great. The brisket was tender but not much flavoring. The soup had a bit too much msg.Food was not that great though the drawings were pretty impressive. The service was fine but I don't think I'd be back. continue reading

深水埗嘅美食實在太多,每日食一間都有排食,最近喺福榮街就新開咗呢間有米鮮湯米線,當然要搵埋同事一齊嚟試吓啦!牆上有一幅大壁畫,um......點解個畫風咁熟口面嘅🤔🤔呢度嘅主打有三款湯底,仲有乾撈配佢嘅招牌米線,另外仲有一系列嘅小食。揀咗胡椒濃雞湯淮山麵配豬扒,湯底嘅胡椒味香而不辣,淮山麵亦爽口,而屬於$14自選菜的米叫我豬扒就更為出色,豬扒夠淋,煎得夠香,份量亦多,值得推介!乾撈粉材料豐富,有花生、芫茜、酸菜等,我就選配了五香牛肉,辣度雖然係小辣,但都比我想像中辣,呢度嘅米線同平時食開嘅米線幼啲啲,又滑啲啲,仲有多點點嘅米香,食落唔錯。店員話將所有材料撈勻之後,每啖都有所有食材,咁就為之最好食。辣完一輪之後,食返個沙薑凍豬手降降溫,豬手肉質爽口,醬汁帶微辣,惹味又開胃。脆脆金菇就真係力推嘅小食,金菇沾了粉漿再炸,非常脆口,食起上嚟又唔油膩,我覺得可以做佐酒嘅小食。凍豆腐都夠滑身,佢嘅汁都係帶少少酸酸辣辣咁,我都覺得好好味。跟餐加$12有杯青檸梳打特飲,夠哂涼快。 continue reading
