久聞深水埗新香園堅記的馳名豬手麵,今日特來一試。懷着期待,點了一碗馳名豬手麵,店家堅持傳統做法,豬手燉煮至極致軟嫩,一百歲冇牙都不怕,入口即化,筷子輕挾即散,別有一番風味。南乳醬香若隱若現,恰如粵式古法醞釀的含蓄之美,徒留一抹蒼白滋味。豬皮色澤深沉,肉縫間隱約殘存暗紅血漬,豬皮半邊泛着黯黑,火候拿捏獨到。 麵條秉承老派風格,煮得綿軟順口,綿軟無神,與濃郁湯底相得益彰,宛若久置的殘絮。師傅數十年功力,盡在這碗匠心獨運的豬手麵中,令人回味傳統廣式風味的雋永魅力。 此番滋味,非為苛求,老字號的招牌,只是記憶裏的餘溫。

呢一間係深水埗既老字號茶餐廳,咁多港式美食中,當中就以佢地既士多最出名。今次黎到就試左以下幾款佢地出名既美食啦- 熱奶茶,茶底醇厚,甜度可以自己落糖調整。- 蛋牛治,係呢到最出名既,所以一定要試同埋要叫烘底既,多士外脆內軟,夾著蛋牛肉餡,蛋香濃郁。- 花生醬西多士,加埋牛油,邪惡得黎,好香、好好味。呢到落完order,上菜都好快,,由落單都埋單半個就完左,好有效率📝TIPS: 黎到呢啲老牌茶餐廳,地方通常都細,坐落有啲迫。

上網睇影片分享平台 d人黎食講到好好味咁,咁啱經過就打算試下,蛋牛治幾好食,紅豆冰淡味,西多士不過不失,但係最難頂係一張細圓枱,一面靠牆佢仲要搭台坐6個人,個個膊頭痴膊頭坐,兩張枱距離又近,完全冇留出入通道,食野其間有人出入我要食食下起身讓位比人出入,大佬你鋪位細要坐多d人要賺錢都唔係咁下,我完全都冇心情食你d野,跟本就係出左名做遊客生意,就算幾好食都好我真係唔會有下次,唔怪得啲人唔留港消費返曬大陸

今日約左人喺深水埗,朝早10點路過,見無乜人排隊,買左份蛋牛治烘底,$24,啲餡勁小勁細份,其實最近幾次都係咖,越嚟越細份,仲好咸添,之前每次食完都諗:係咪咁啱今日失準咋,然後每次經過又食,但次次都係失望而回,今次我忍唔住同佢位收銀反映,希望佢哋正視呢個問題,佢竟然好輕佻咁同我講:下次啦,下次加咗價就大份啲。佢好似應付自如唔休做咁(我諗都唔少人反映過)。你加你嘅事,我理得你啊,態度差,又細份,唔捨得俾人食咁,但係一啲都唔平,仲要好咸兼難食,唔會再有下次。
