To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 外賣一個牛柳飯同雞飯竟然等左40分鐘,等左20分鐘後問店員可否幫手跟跟,店員話好多外賣係要等下,問佢可否轉其他同價但快d 有既食物,佢話轉咩都係等咁耐...再等左15分鐘見無起色,我同店員講退錢,佢先幫我追但都要等多陣,返到家發現連餐具都唔俾我但收左我$4餐具錢,嬲死,佢地一句唔好意思都無講,咁既服務絕對唔會再幫襯! continue reading

星期五一行2人晚上7時到店,店內坐無虛席但不用等位。水是自助拿的,台與台之間十分近,有點擠擁,但這就是茶餐廳的特別之處。食物方面,第一次試這裡的蛋包飯,飯的份量夠多,蛋就簿簿的一層,重頭戲鰻魚就比較多骨另外蒸倉魚比蛋包飯質素好,肥肥的倉魚加上鼓油、莞茜等十分野味。值得一說的是,油菜我是特意和店員說要全走的(因為QR code 下單不可選全走醬),店員也回應了我可以的,但菜到達的時候沒有走蠔油。性價比: 4/5食物:4/5環境:4/5 服務:3/5 continue reading

呢間餐廳就係樣樣都有嘅地方😋。我揀左個蒜蓉汁雞扒意粉同肥牛飯來試下,真係食到手停口唔停!雞扒香噴噴,啖啖肉感,加上蒜蓉味道嘅意粉,真係惹味過癮!而肥牛飯又係另一番風味,啲肥牛柔軟得嚟有嚼勁,仲可以食到啲飯底微微嘅焦香,叫人一口接一口🍽。至於煲仔飯,佢哋嘅臘腸豆卜排骨煲仔飯簡直係秋冬天嘅暖胃之選。每一啖都食到臘腸同排骨嘅鹹香,嗰啲飯粒焦香夾雜咗肉汁味道,簡直係靚絕!😍如果大家仲未試過打邊爐,呢間嘅醉雞肥牛鍋就真係唔可以錯過,湯底香濃之餘,啲醉雞同肥牛真係好入味!至於五福臨門,呢個選擇我就攞來增加啲新鮮菜式同肉類,個飲品龍鳳大檸樂就提提神,酸酸甜甜正啱過後悠閒嘆一下。去完呢間餐廳,我真係食得滿足又開心,好似暖暖內心噉,決定要成爲佢哋經常光顧嘅客人!🥰🍜🍲 continue reading
