❗️肥仔銘茶餐廳 (新蒲崗)❗️Lunch time 12點半去到，排咗一陣隊就有得入，舖頭有三張圓枱，每張圓枱坐4-5個人，小店格局地方唔算大。試咗麵餐E，沙嗲牛肉麵，沙嗲汁醬炒得香濃好出色，牛肉質感軟腍但唔係用梳打粉乸過果隻腍，牛肉方包軟熟。總體嚟講如果去開果頭都會建議去食，40幾蚊一個沙嗲牛肉麵有呢個質素係貼地既街坊生意。♦️麵餐E $42(沙嗲牛肉麵、火腿炒蛋跟牛油方包、凍奶茶）🏠：新蒲崗錦榮街9號地舖

本人中意濃味的沙嗲牛肉麵，最怕坊間將沙嗲牛肉放入麵湯，將味道溝淡，完全失去風味。朋友推薦這間的沙嗲牛肉麵少湯，味道不錯。2點左右去到，人不算多，排了幾分鐘就可以入座，雖然坐得迫少少，小店來說，完全可以接受。沙嗲牛肉麵餐$40，跟麵包，煎蛋，火腿，全日供應，價格合理。沙嗲牛肉味濃，是我杯茶。跟餐的火腿有煎過，荷包蛋亦煎得不錯，抵讚。唯一美中不足是麵包，如同一般茶記，HEA住做這份麵包，牛油只是求其搽一搽少少，唔怪得對面有位小姐，相信是熟客，要求走包。各方面都見到廚師很有心機去做，為何一份簡單的麵包不做好呢 ？希望店方可以將麵包做好，咁就是完美的一份套餐。
