距離卡巴和shelly’s cake開門仲有d時間親愛的又有點肚餓, 所以就到榕樹灣碼頭附近的西式餅店找點吃的在櫥窗見到既crumble cake 好吸引不過最後都係選了熱辣辣既 “芝士蘑菇酥”呢個酥真係落足料!!餡料有超大球的mozzarella cheeze…成球雪糕...蘑菇亦唔係罐頭貨味道係不錯的, 酥皮夠鬆脆, 芝士蘑菇菠菜一向是好的配合略嫌巨形cheese得少少溶, 不過由於太多cheeze我們兩個人share食都覺得好”滯”, 好頂肚 =_=””!! continue reading

在鄉村店原址,開了這間新麵包店。除了招牌名字不一樣,店鋪格局和麵包種類沒有什麽大分別。之前幫襯過舊店,非常麻麻,但既然是新的,就給大家多一次機會罷。選了一袋四片的multi-grain方包,售九塊錢。麵包手感不錯,吃一口,頗有驚喜。麵包帶輕輕的鹹味,也滲着麥的香氣,包邊稍硬,但當中穀物滿盈,而麵包本身則非常鬆軟,軟硬交錯,口感十足!這次買到的,竟是意想不到地討好,這樣子看,下次來,可以試試其他的出品了! continue reading

這是一間我於年前遊此島的一個大發現, 在此小島上居然有一間如此歐陸式麵包店鋪, 昨天臨上船前, 行快兩步, 走入去買我平時既"飛佛" - 提子合桃包, $22, 大大的一個可當我三天的早餐, 如果有焗爐, 對於歐式麵包是沒有問題的! 今早將它切開了五件, 拿了一件烘了五分鐘, 外脆, 麵包內心是粗麥, 麥味唔重, 但有健康質感, 提子合桃量足, 但唔夠多, 整體合格, 亦不失為此島的一種手信! continue reading

來到南丫島,因為肚子餓了,午飯時間未到,想到此麵包店,不如看看有何好吃;因著是早上,麵包種類也多,而且有各式各樣的蛋糕美點,見到芝士腸仔飽,就來了一個.芝士很多,而且又香,又很美味,麵包鬆軟,賣相又像小Pizza.之後嚐了芝士吞拿魚飽,料也很足,同樣好味.又見到蘋果批,好似很好味的感覺,不過要留待下次再嚐了. continue reading

被公司派去南丫島做幾日野,,同事話依間麵包鋪係用有機材料做,,果幾日朝早行過都聞到麵包香,,但太趕要返工行過幾次都無買到,,終於有一天,,跟同事一起坐船出返港島,,又有少少時間,,嘻嘻又有dd肚餓,,最後揀左芝士鬆餅$7,,好香好軟好味,,3好,,但就無咩芝士味,,都係好味,,其實正確黎講係arm我口味,,始終鬆餅係有時會食到口乾,,另有一隻係blueberry,,但果陣唔想食甜,,無買到,,其他要下次有緣再試,,同事話用爐焗住果d都好好食,,可以當lunch,,我見到果個焗pie真係好靚,,金黃色,,入面係potato,,應該真係會好飽,,鋪仔細細,,乾淨企理,,老闆娘都會介紹下食咩同用咩做既,,可能我地去係下午,,得我地2個,, continue reading
