To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

嘩!我終於有勇氣去挑戰譚仔三哥新出嘅煳麻湯魚爽肚米線😆 以前睇住屋企人食小辣食到出晒汗,今次order前問咗三哥姐姐,佢話煳麻湯辣嘅程度都係五小辣🌶🌶🌶🌶🌶😥 好 唔驚!一於試試佢!🤣除咗煳麻湯魚爽肚米線,我仲order左蒜香茄子,打算用茄子中和一下佢嘅辣度(最後發現原來茄子都係辣嘅🤣 傻仔左🙈對個從來無食過酸辣或麻辣湯底嘅我黎講,呢個煳麻湯簡直係個「全辛」震撼🤪不得不提佢既魚爽肚,口感好爽,一啲都唔難咬👍🏻而芥末魚籽鱈魚滑豆卜…包你無係其他地方試過呢種「山葵風味」既豆卜🤣 continue reading

三哥出水煮湯米線,不過評價好極端,所以即管試下叫左碗水煮湯鴨血米線 ($39),加冬菇,水煮湯底由5小辣起,聲稱有15種香料同醬料去調味,咁要叫中辣試試!水煮湯底果然好濃,夠辣,不過唔算麻。一碗大概有5件鴨血,唔係台灣爽口果種,有齊豆卜、芽菜、腐竹,而冬菇索晒湯既精華,係就係入味,不過食完到夜晚返屋企都係好口渴,叫做試過就算小食方面叫左個大既蒜泥白肉 ($36),好多蒜好夠味,而且白肉薄得好均勻,幾好食。 continue reading
