今天是清麗村姑的正日生日,我們幾條冷於月頭已經提早跟她和辣糖吃了預及補祝的生日飯,這次我們選擇吃素菜好幸運地品嚐到一間有心思又勁好味的素食私房菜。這天的生日飯正是位於觀塘的Sow Vegan,我們一行六人能夠安座於私密的房間當中,整晚也感受到超級舒適Homey的環境大家也很滿意。這位美女是私房菜的主理人Pamela曾到藍帶學藝,以私房菜形式呈現新派的純素Fine Dining料理,她用的全為時令當造的原形食材來作菜,而且不論前菜麵包或是主菜均是自家製作超用心,題外話大家有沒有覺得她有點面善呢嘻嘻!餐廳會提供純素的餐酒但我們想吃頓健康的生日飯!於是改點選餐廳的Mindful Sparks氣泡飲品,我跟車爸爸分別點選了血橙氣泡可可殼茶湯力,和柚子氣泡玄米茶各$42/枝。我的血橙氣泡可可殼茶湯力,選用來自香港原豆朱古力廠SLOK CHOCOLATE的可可豆殼和意大利的血橙製作而成,呷一口果味中帶點可可香味道非常獨特!可惜不是我杯茶最後跟車爸爸交換了飲品。而我交換得來的柚子氣泡玄米茶則帶著柑橘柚子味道,伴隨玄米茶的幽幽烘烤香氣喝下味道微甜口感清爽很吸引。美女先為我們送上麵包籃,內裏分別有無花果合桃酸種麵包、海鹽奶油卷及腐乳麵包條,口味非常特別而且全部也是自家製作誠意十足。三款麵包當中我最喜歡的是海鹽奶油卷,配襯自家製作的花椒牛油真的滋味無窮。首道上檯的菜色是醬油啫喱金針撻及麻油菠菜紫菜脆餅,輕脆香口的紫菜餅上面放了用麻油調好味的香口菠菜,絕對是一件精緻又美味的前菜。但我更加喜愛這一件醬油啫喱金針撻,以醬油製作出爽滑啫喱伴以味道濃郁的金菇,一撻入口鹹香惹味教我回味無窮。第三道菜是一個清爽的沙律用料有的薄荷葉、菠蘿和山藥,配襯泰式南薑椰子汁及檸檬油賣相清爽。淮山爽口菠蘿香甜加上充滿泰式風味的椰子汁,吃下沒有丁點膩感而且非常清新香口味道超讚喔。緊接著我們得到的是山葵煎茶寒天,伴碟的是杏脯啫喱和鹽麴玄米Cream,這個賣相美美的寒天我欣賞要良久才肯放入口品嚐呢!煎茶寒天口感爽彈內裏夾著清香的秋葵,沾上杏脯啫喱吃味道香甜而配鹽麴玄米Cream則變得鹹香細膩,對我來說這是一道很有趣又驚喜的菜式。接力的第五道菜我還以為是一隻餃子!原來它是以捲心菜製作出來的一道精美菜式。捲心菜用了濃縮康普茶、開心果汁及羽衣甘藍芒果青醬作組合,新鮮感十足味道也好令人留下深刻印象。這夜我們的主菜得到這一客燻豆腐餃子,清甜的紅椒湯上加入了煙燻紅椒油,餃子上再添上綿密的柚子泡泡。這個餃子吃下味道非常清鮮充滿豆香,那個紅椒湯被我吃至一滴不留呢!隨後美女為我們送上大黃青檸沙冰、奇異果香茅啫喱,味道芳香清新用作洗滌味蕾最適合不過。清新過味蕾之後我們要迎來這夜的甜品,打頭陣是斑蘭巴斯克蛋糕伴火龍果雪糕。巴斯克蛋糕質感夠濕潤帶有幽幽的斑蘭香氣,伴旁的火龍果雪糕口味清甜,配上紅火龍果片、南薑啫喱和素蛋白片層次感巨豐富。最後還有這客荔枝雪米糍、伯爵茶蘋果可麗露,賣相的骰超可愛十分討人歡喜。荔枝雪米糍外皮軟熟內裏充斥香甜的荔枝味超好吃,而伯爵茶蘋果可麗露口感則未能討我歡心!成為這頓生日晚餐中少少的瑕疵。嘆過一杯檸檬馬鞭草茶後當然要吃生日蛋糕啦!於訂座的時候已經一同訂上這個餐廳出品的6”Yuzu Basil cake$420。柚子羅勒的味道加上香滑沒膩感的Cream令這個純素生日蛋糕非常好吃,而兩位壽星女也吃得十分滿意真開心,其實可以自帶生日蛋糕到來的但必須要是純素蛋糕啊。在此祝我兩位親愛的好姊妹生日大快樂,最緊要身體健康每天也開心快樂。Sow Vegan Private Dinner Menu 8 Courses$630/位,如果大家有興趣記得預早訂座,溫馨提示餐廳需要全數付款先喔。 continue reading

人家說當三五知己話題離不開保養、補充劑和身體鍛練等,即代表大家已步入中年,恭喜恭喜!近年,在籌備「幾條冷」生日飯局的討論裡,多次摻進素食的建議,奈何香港有質素的素食不多,每次也因找不到合適的而放棄!六月初,正為了補祝友人及預祝我本人的生日,大家就嘗試了一頓十分滿意的健康生日飯。位於觀塘工廈的「Sow Vegan」,正確來說是一家是提供不含五辛、不含蛋類、不含奶製品,與及只包括純素餐單的私房菜!我對 Vegan 一知半解,儘管如此,偶意來點素食,總會獲得紓暢的感受!又一次例外,生日飯局沒自攜餐酒!記著在 「Sow Vegan」用餐,一般餐酒是不被允許的,除非是 Vegan 餐酒,原來因為釀酒廠在釀酒過程會加入動物及奶類副產品,以往我也沒留意到這一點! 「Sow Vegan」備有數款 Vegan 餐酒可供選擇!於是當場選了不同口味的有汽果茶 HK$42/支 代替酒精,我選了熱情果綠茶!隆重其事,每個杯均附有高貴的冰球,哈哈!shoyu enoki tart & "anchovey" kimbap cracker私房菜具備八道菜 HK$630/位,前菜是帶微酸的醬油啫喱金針撻,與及脆香可口的紫菜脆餅拼麻油菠菜。前菜已令大家喜歡上了!house-made sourdough, vegan brioche, sichuan pepper butter前菜過後是麵包籃,包含無花果合桃酸種麵包、海鹽奶油卷和腐乳麵包條。三款麵包也好吃,個人則較喜愛海鹽奶油卷和腐乳麵包條,而無花果合桃酸種麵包抹上花椒牛油會更好味!pineapple, yam, mint, lemon oil, "tom kha gai"第三道菜是非常清新的薄荷葉沙律,配上泰式椰子汁、菠蘿、山藥和檸檬汁,絕對是一個全新的清新感受!summer terrine, sencha, genmaicha, koji第四道菜是秋葵煎茶寒天,配上杏脯啫喱和鹽麴玄米忌廉。秋葵煎茶寒天保留了秋葵爽口和黏性汁液的特性,而杏脯啫喱和鹽麴玄米忌廉無論在食味和配搭上均有驚喜!cabbage, pistachio, burnt capers, kombucha reduction, mango kale pesto椰菜是第五道菜的主題,不過採用了 Kombucha Reduction、開心果汁和羽衣甘藍芒果青醬,整件事又完全富有新意了。burnt bell pepper, smoked tofu ricotta agnolotti, smoked paprika, yuzu第六道菜有著明顯 Fine Dining 的視覺!其實它是配上紅椒湯、煙燻紅椒油和柚子泡泡的煙燻豆腐餃子,除了賣相,味道也佳!隨後 「Sow Vegan」送上大黃青檸沙冰配奇異果香茅啫喱,的確非常之清新可口!清空口腔後,大家便可繼續享用餘下的菜式! red pitaya, pandan basque cheesecake, apricot merginue第七及八道菜均是甜品。先來的是奪目的斑蘭巴斯克蛋糕配上紅火龍果片、火龍果雪糕、南薑啫喱和素蛋白片,非常好吃的一道甜品!earl grey apple canele, lychee mochi第八道甜品是荔枝雪米糍和伯爵茶蘋果可麗露。兩者之中,荔枝雪米滋搶盡風頭,非常美味! 而首次接觸的 Vegan 可麗露,質感有點不太討好,也許這正是 Vegan 甜品的難度!餐後還有從 「Sow Vegan」預訂的生日蛋糕,質感很特別,味道真不錯!整晚菜式令我和老公想起 Master Chef Australia 精英參賽廚師的作品,出色素菜菜式往往比葷菜菜式難度來得更高,看「Sow Vegan」的 Presentation 是一件非常享受的過程!好多謝「幾條冷」成員作出的安排,我和另一位壽星也不反對下次生日飯局再到 「Sow Vegan」! continue reading

💙The environment is nice (Not too formal and crowded)💙Perfect Food Quality with this price - HKD630 Per Head for 8 courses 💙Smoked coconut tart & Takoyaki, apricot, tahini💙Love the smoked coconut tart so much. The smoky aroma is attractive. Tart is crispy. Perfect Match! 💙House-made Sourdough, vegan brioche, cheeze twist & nori butter (Average)💙Tofu ricotta with pickled edamame, yuba and hazelnut (Another nice dish😋)💙Pumpkin soup with, bergamot, black sesame, granola. Unlike normal pumpkin soup. This one is full of bergamot aroma. Not too heavy and creamy.💙😋😋Pork Belly made by kimchee, burnt pepper and sancho. (My favorite dish tonight) It tastes like a real pork and really crispy. Succulent and delicious. I wanna order one more!!💙Ragu tagliatelle with basil and perilla. This carrot noodles is also amazing. With this small portion, its not too heavy but good sweet taste💙For the dessert, they serve crème caramel, lemon verbena macaron & lemon meringue cookie.Definitely not too sweet! 已經兩年幾無食sow vegan,今次又係趁佢做pop up menu黎,上一次pop up主題係茶餐廳,今次pop up主題係點心,都係咁好食😍😍😍最鍾意食佢既炸物!!鹹水角同埋蘿蔔酥最正😱😱炸到香口鬆脆,但又唔會覺得太油膩,特別係鹹水角煙煙韌韌好正😋😋叉燒餐包都好好食!上面個層甜既,但同入面鹹既餡好夾😍春風得意腸粉又係好出色,入面個層好脆☺️燒賣、排骨飯、蘿蔔糕就無之前講既咁驚喜,但成餐飯叫咁多野食3個人人均只係$150,好抵食😍😍希望sow vegan以後可以出多d pop up menu😋😋 continue reading

📍 Sow Vegan📍 觀塘 Kwun Tong • 鴻圖道43號鴻達工業大廈11樓1102室〔 follow me on instagram @sikbaobaola ! ^^ 〕-Visited < Sow Vegan > for a birthday dinner the other day.They serve vegan food, as the name suggests, that is made from scratch in the kitchen.An 8-course dinner would cost $630 per person (no 10% service charge), with full payment required upon reservation.The courses were full of creativity and flavors. Was impressed that food could be so versatile even without the use of eggs or dairy products. You could taste the efforts chefs put into every dish!-The place has a simplistic setting, with only two round tables, a squared table and a private dining room (with doors closed that night). Overall ambience was warm and cozy. Saw from pictures online that there are windows in the room. Would have felt a little less confined if the doors were open. -Staff wasn't quite welcoming either and hid all night in the kitchen except when handing us the dishes. Introduced what the dishes were but the information was available on the menu. Would expect more insights from the waitress(es). We had a bottle of water on our table but it was frequently emptied probably because the dishes used quite some amount of seasonings, but staff wouldn't offer another bottle unless we asked for one. Staff wouldn't check on us (and the other table of customers) the entire meal and when we (and the other table) finished our meals, we had to ask if we were free to go (as no bill was required with the payment cleared upon reservation). Lol. Customer experience could be better.-(𝗦𝗲𝗲 𝗽𝗶𝗰𝘀 𝗯𝗲𝗹𝗼𝘄! ☟☟)=跟素食者慶祝生日,來這家純素私房菜《Sow Vegan》就最好不過即使不是素食者,也會被他們創意滿分、味道多變的菜式吸引吧 ⸜( ˶'ᵕ'˶)⸝-Sow Vegan位於觀塘一座工業大廈門面簡約,只簡單印上名字;內部裝潢也走簡約風,沒有花巧的擺設,只有兩三張桌子看網上圖片,應該還有一間房間,但這當晚那個房間的門是關著的,所以感覺比較焗促、有點壓力哈哈,幸好當晚也有另一組客人-晚上提供八道菜套餐 ($630/位),不設加一服務費,訂座時已要付款餐單上的菜式全都創意滿滿,以時令食材自家製作全部菜式都不含肉蛋奶,但味道卻十分豐富,賣相也很美素食通常要以調味提高味道層次,所以部分朋友可能會覺得味道有點太濃,個人則覺得還好~-味道不錯,擺盤不錯,環境也還好,不過服務可以更好感覺幾位員工沒有意思要跟顧客建立關係 ᯅ̈ 整晚除了端出菜式、介紹餐點以外,完全沒有跟客人互動而所謂的介紹餐點,也只是簡單讀一下餐牌上也有寫著的菜式,也沒有介紹用上什麼食材、採用怎樣的料理方法等桌上的水瓶空了幾次也不會主動加水,數次都是我們要求才添由於訂座時已付全款,所以不用結帳。而因為店員一直位於廚房,所以客人要敲敲廚房的門,問店員是否可以離開所以這方面有扣一點分數~-Pickled bell pepper, cucumber risotto & perilla, "uni"首先的開胃前菜有一個紅黃椒撻還有一份炸紫蘇葉撻上有醃製紅黃椒、青瓜、 無花果葉而口感香脆的炸紫蘇葉裡裹上了素海膽,味道蠻特別•Housemade sourdough, breadstick, koji butter然後有一大盤自家製酸種麵包~酸種麵包有原味、番茄芝士味兩種味道,個人比較喜歡酸酸的番茄芝士味酸味、鹹味平衡得宜;外邊微微的脆口,裡面則頗軟綿麵包條是肉鬆味的,也很喜歡 (˙𐃷˙)純素牛油 (koji butter) 用上了椰子油,質感香滑;加上少量鹽巴,帶微微鹹香味道•Citrus, "cream cheese", umeshu jelly, beetroot granita, nori這道冷盤用上了焦糖橙、梅酒果凍、紅菜頭沙冰上面放上一大坨純素奶油乳酪 (cream cheese),再灑上昆布乾橙件、梅酒果凍、紅菜頭沙冰溫度冰涼、味道清新,蠻開胃配搭「cream cheese」,口感滑順;再來昆布乾,跟cream cheese同樣加點鹹香。但跟酸甜味道是否搭配,就見仁見智•Potato, black bean, tom yum, lemongrass這道麵食用上了以馬鈴薯做成的「麵條」,口感蠻爽脆的配上冬蔭功醬汁,微微的酸辣味道,很惹味上面放上以奇亞籽做成的素魚子醬,還有一片香脆的春卷皮•Maitake, tomato X.O., lemon leaves煎舞茸菇配搭番茄XO醬,味道豐富上面放上一點檸檬皮,加添微微的清新香味•Stuffed bean curd, kimchi barley risotto, smoked paprika oil以大麥做成的意大利飯,質感蠻有趣的上面放上豆腐生根球,個人很喜歡 ෆ•Palate cleanser - Bergamot sorbet, kiwi吃完主食,先來一份palate cleanser清清口腔,準備待會兒的甜點~佛手柑雪芭、奇異果,味道酸酸甜甜,解膩開胃•1-year ume ice cream, potato chips雪糕用上釀了一年的梅酒製成,配上紫菜薯片雪糕的酒味又香又甜,跟鹹鹹的、脆脆的薯片一起吃也蠻搭•Matcha puff, black sesame snowball這個餐牌上應該是寫錯了,有抹茶泡芙、芝麻雪球對不吃芝麻的朋友,餐廳則安排了一件咖啡瑪德蓮味道還不錯,小小的一件,作為一頓飽足的晚餐的甜點,份量剛好•Tea最後還有一杯熱茶,完整了整頓晚餐 ᰔᩚ-Menu: continue reading
