To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

今日第二次去幫襯係專程去幫襯兩次水準都一樣咁好無失準早餐叫了叉燒通粉煎雙蛋熱多士奶茶煎蛋煎到脆邊叉燒有好多塊好飽咁都係$34 only呢個價錢今時今日真係好抵仲要每一樣都好好食但最回味係杯奶茶超級好飲真係值得專程去試吓試過先知道咩叫好飲嘅奶茶由觀塘地鐵站一出開源道向觀塘碼頭方向直行大約四至五分鐘就到因為門口比較隱蔽所以要落足眼力咁正嘅茶餐廳早餐時段計埋我都係得四檯客真係有啲可惜大家不妨多啲去幫襯吓支持吓小店🧡都係嗰句真係好值得去試吓杯奶茶

好在之前有其他食評拍下餐廳門口照片，跟着照片找珠記門口，否則門口無大招牌，很容易睇漏眼，尤其是珠記隔離有兩間咁上下門面的茶餐廳。睇我們第一次專程光顧，走入餐廳，伙記招呼可選裏面的卡位或外面的圓枱坐。以工業區餐廳來說，裝飾一般，很平民化。我們兩個分別點了沙嗲牛肉炒蛋出前一叮、回窩肉加五香肉丁出前一叮，一叮加錢，都係$34再加熱檸茶，麵煮得爽口，不會太諗，湯底濃度適中，唔錯。

法蘭西多士樸實的美味😍跟香港的西多士一樣！重點是他的糖漿也是自己加的不知道是不是因為糖漿在台灣很難買的關係，現在已經很少見了🙈Foodie要努力多推廣一些平常大家都不會點的港點～畢竟港點不只大家喜歡吃的乾炒牛河好吃，實在還有很多很多的美食啊！

5月3日，最近生活作息調節左，好早起身，好早返工，返工前約左buddy，今日來到珠記，非常傳統的港式早餐，炒蛋貌似很乾，但食落真係唔錯，比一般港式餐廳好食，會再幫襯☺️

珠記冰室若干年前已經食過，記憶中水準正常，但唔算突出，所以一直都冇咩記憶點。早排再去，晏咗到達，冇飯食，唯有叫個冰室特餐，有沙爹牛肉腸仔公仔麵，炒滑蛋同厚多士。蛋同多士賣相正常，味道唔錯，個麵就一般，沙爹汁冇咩花生味，濃得嚟唔太香，牛肉嘅鬆肉粉重手咗少少，湯底又多咗啲啲，個麵於是就比較淡口啦。下次如果再嚟，真係要叫返飯類。
