My first stop of eating in Kwai Chung Plaza, cheesy egg rolls! My friends highly recommended their egg rolls, so 2 eggs rolls and one beef roll, thanks! I was a bit disappointed with the eel egg rolls. There wasn’t any eel displayed on the plate like the illustration. Bites of eels were added in the egg rolls with cheeses. Couldn’t really taste the eel, but overall, it was still okay to have a try, but not recommended.The salmon bites egg rolls, on the other hand was really impressive. The egg rolls were stuffed with kind portion of salmon bites. The seared beef roll in teppanyaki sauce was pretty decent. Nothing much to be impressed. continue reading

第二次食大滿足,真係食到好滿足!叫咗二款火炙系列反卷,一款三文魚,一款軟腳蟹。三文魚經典冇得輸,而軟腳蟹雖然賣相冇圖咁吸引,但食落口感見脆脆地都唔錯。兩款上面都有芝士同芝士醬,好夠味,唔洗點醬油食。美中不足係芝士片冇咩半溶嘅跡象。下次有肚再食過平價壽司🤤 continue reading

趁住仲未轉工,仲有得早放工,即刻約同樣放早既朋友黎掃街+行街。因為朋友係超級細食一族,所以都係同佢行哂一個圈睇下佢想食咩先,但我次次去葵涌廣場都必定要食玉子燒,由於開始肚餓,所以都係食左先。第一次食大滿足既玉子燒,佢有好多唔同既款式。我地揀左黑松露流心玉子燒等左大約5-10分鐘就有得食,旁邊有好多醬料,可以自由配搭加落玉子燒上面食。我地都係揀返黑松露沙律醬,所以食落有更加香濃豐富既黑松露味。下次開始我會轉食大滿足玉子燒 continue reading

葵涌廣場真係掃街嘅天堂,小食好多,最鍾意就係手卷,成個葵涌廣場,手卷一鋪頭都有差唔多五六間,但呢間呢就成日都好多人,圖文並茂真係好吸引,三文魚好新鮮,仲好厚切。加拿大海膽,都幾新鮮,一啲都唔腥,呢個價錢都算幾抵食。帶子甜蝦相對就比較一般,甜蝦只係得三隻,做好晒條,而帶子都係普通嘅貨色,好薄同埋好細件。 continue reading

到葵芳廣場掃街,見到這間小店有不少人等候,有不少款式的玉子燒,旁邊則賣手卷和壽司,抱著一嘗的心態,試了一個三層芝士玉子燒,味道著實不錯,而且即叫即做,新鮮熱騰騰的。食物外型很漂亮,呈長方形,金黃色的玉子燒令人胃口大開,表面鋪上一層碎紫菜和魚子,還有一些沙律醬,一切開,融化的芝士一下子就漏出來,很香濃,雞蛋與芝士的味道互相配合,配上碎紫菜和魚子一起吃味道更有層次,沙律醬較少,但可以自由添加。這個玉子燒不錯,但缺少了一些驚喜。 continue reading
