今次黎到嘅餐廳,正所謂"食在有味",真係令我味蕾一整個開心🌟!個海南雞飯,嚟講真係霸氣側漏咁好味,雞肉滑過絲襪,唔使醬汁都自然鮮甜。俾心機既配搭,黑醬油帶點甜,勁夾雞肉。飯粒分明,又夠香,溜得好,一啖接一啖,停唔到口🍚。至於個紅豆冰,跟餐飲料,唔單止清涼解渴薄荷清新,仲有飽滿既紅豆,每啖都覺得幸福系數爆燈💕。店鋪雖小,但佢既厚度同溫度,絕對係市區難搵既。呢度既食物俾到我哋惊喜又滿足,飲食簡簡單單,但就係咁簡單,每一口都可以食到心底嗰份暖,真心推介!話說返,呢度既食物就算唔係味蕾上行旅,都算係味道上旅行,值得一嚐再嚐!🍽✨ continue reading

朋友推介我專程帶年過80的雙親來品嚐, 一上菜即見份量頗大, 雞做到皮脆肉嫩, 同店主(亦係廚師)傾談得知佢原本係香港燒味師傅, 後來獲星加坡文華酒店聘請所以在獅城居住十多年, 相信大家都知星加坡文華酒店一份海南雞飯收費為港幣200以上, 所以這裡的價錢真係十分超值!個人覺得用𣲙鮮雞可以做到呢個水準實在難得, 我建議要白飯因為油飯較飽肚。順帶一提:例湯真材實料, 比起在大部分餐廳附上清到似水的雞湯, 這𥚃的湯已超出預期。期待下次光顧我會試娘惹咖哩牛腩😋 continue reading

事緣3月3號唔需要戴口罩,約咗屋企人出去食晚飯,見到一間食海南雞又有其他星洲美食的小店,就入去試一試,這樣就出事了。坐低叫了2個無骨星州雞飯和一個燻蹄,那個所謂招牌菜(星州雞飯)的皮非常之肥'而啲肉又非常之”孩”,冇錯,我真係唔知佢識唔識得整,隻雞咁肥,都可以整到啲肉咁”孩”,仲有,味精超重的湯,飲完就大鑊,真係好難形容(睇番網友的留言,原來已經話味精重)。比較正常一些的燻蹄,味道可以,但老細刀工太小學級,變咗「厚切燻蹄」。Comment 就比咗,試唔試就閣下自己決定! continue reading

係香港好少接觸到新加坡嘅食店,一船食海南雞都會係食泰式嘅。因為好奇下新加坡嘅海南雞所以就去左試呢間。叫左招牌嘅海南雞飯,由於我未食過新加坡式嘅海南雞我都唔知佢正唔正宗,但我就麻麻哋鐘意。雞件冇雞味,好淡又冇味,但就好嫩滑嘅。油飯好甜,佢比起泰式平時食開嘅油飯甜,亦都較深色。星洲雞飯海鮮喇沙米粉個湯好淡,唔好味,唔夠喇沙嘅香料味。而海鮮配料就係預期中嘅兩隻蝦仔、兩片魚片、一隻青口同半隻蛋。海鮮喇沙米粉 ($55) continue reading

本先想試大統領,點知無開,之後想試泰豐,點知都無開,就打電話問哩區嘅朋友,有邊間係好味,而朋友介紹,話聯和墟哩間星馬餐廳出名幾好味,見門口個牌寫住想試嘅飯,每個都係約$50樓下,好似都可以試得過,就叫咗2個飯外賣試吓,點知...⚠️ 係我唔好,無睇清楚行手寫細字,寫晚市A-F餐要+$2@... 而門口個牌,同店內個牌顯示價錢嘅方式係唔同嘅...所以我下次睇嘢要小心啲...⚠️ 而又因為附近好多間餐廳都係外賣自取有折,所以哩間餐廳外賣,反而要額外收多每個$1,而睇哂啲海報都未搵到外賣要額外俾外賣費,係有啲愕然。 老闆娘話坐喺店度食會好啲,但我婉拒咗。💳 另外,店有貼住可以用信用卡,但老闆娘話我先共埋一百元左右,只可以俾現金。好彩有足夠現金,唔係嘅話都幾尷尬...🍍🐷 菠蘿咕嚕肉飯豬肉較韌,罐頭菠蘿,味道普通,份量都充足。但就係好普通。🍗 馬來黃薑炸雞脾配黃薑飯雞脾好夠大隻,啖啖肉,炸得脆而又唔鞋👍好味! 係差在個黃薑飯,無咩黃薑味,而且好乾😅 縱使炸雞脾的確係好味,但$51買1隻炸雞脾,實在太昂貴喇...🥣 每個飯都送一個湯,個湯係好足料嘅青紅蘿蔔湯,仲有啲煲到好淋嘅雞腳👍 唯獨鹽重手咗,鹹咗,飲完反而幾口渴🥴 假如唔想飲湯,係可以+$5熱飲 ☕,或者+$8凍飲🥤。食完飯之後一直都好口渴,應該味精都幾多... 我會將「下一次」嘅機會,俾其他餐廳。 continue reading
