位於中環蘇豪的法日料理, 香港丈夫做樓面日本太太做廚師, 相當溫馨. 這裏還有另一個外國人士應相當好客, 他會詳細介紹紅酒, 一邊吃飯一邊了解食物及紅酒也是賞心樂事. 餐廳位於地舖, 附近亦有很多餐廳和酒吧, 平常會看到很多外國人在中間的樓梯上喝酒談天, 氣氛非常好.不要以為法國菜就非常昂貴, 這裏的價錢確實是相當大眾化. 先來一個西班牙菜湯配意大利雲吞, 其他餐廳只會配普通麵包但這裏配的是蝦吐司. 吐司香脆與爽滑的蝦肉非常配合, 意大利菜湯黏傑度適中味道也很香濃.主菜當然是選這裏最著名的烤雞腿和黑毛豬排, 選擇好醬汁後, 就會在你面前直接在熱騰騰的鐵鍋上淋上, 兩者的肉質非常軟淋卻不會太生, 與他們同樣出名的芥末蜜糖汁配合得宜. 二選一的話, 個人較喜歡烤雞腿.另外再點了一個海鮮意大利飯, 上面有鮑魚和三文魚子, 外觀已經非常吸引, 忌廉汁與海鮮的鮮甜也十分配合.甜品方面有北海道豆乳布丁和他們獨家的費家洛冰淇淋, 他們的冰淇淋是特別訂製的, 所以只有他們這裏才吃得到. 味道和質感覺是和出面不太一樣而且中間有一顆顆果粒, 吃起來很特別. 總括來說, 環境夠浪漫, 食物質素也很不錯, 港幣500元可以吃到這樣的質素, 性價比更是超值. continue reading

Restaurant week dinner 在dinning city 訂位,set dinner 5 courses 包括appetiser , side dish , main dish , dessert , drink $298,CP 值很高。頭盤是生火腿水果沙律:沙律菜新鮮,ham 跟蜜瓜也不錯,份量很多。慢煮廣島蠔法式麵包片:蠔多汁,跟微溶芝士和麵包一起吃味道不錯。烤日本大雞腿:雞腿很大一隻,肉質不錯。配菜也很新鮮。雖然烹調和味道只是家庭味道,但是以這個價錢已經很優惠。Set dinner 加$48還可以轉house wine ,整體CP值非常高。這裏在上環的一條小斜路上面,有一點外國feel ,日籍廚師和staff 都很有禮貌。 continue reading

恐怖的體驗入到餐廳,侍應已經告訴我們,今日很多人光顧,所以黑毛豬已經售罄,但是我們眼見全間餐廳不足十個客,非常費解,他接着說因為樓上有人包場。我地係book dining city的套餐,現只有兩個main可以選擇$298 雞脾和蕃茄海鮮意大利飯。前菜廣島蠔腥,吃不下。蘑菇湯也是鹹而且很稀。吃了starter已開始感到伏味濃了接下來的主菜,才是真正嘅伏雞髀真的是雞髀,平時下午茶燒雞髀配上honey Mustard汁就是就是今晚的主菜了。雞脾係可以的。不過雞髀平時只是快餐店下午茶的食物,如今竟然成為中環西餐廳的主菜,我真是大開眼界。另外一個main蕃茄意大利飯,入口第一啖吃到了很多沙,而且味道非常奇怪,應該係落太多酒,這個意大利飯吃了兩口,我真的吃不下,只好放棄了。就連咖啡是我喝過最難飲的,我自己是經常煮咖啡的,真的不知道他用什麼豆,才可以這樣苦。最後的甜品,creme brulee 竟然是最高質素的 。臨走的時候看見隔離枱,有另一台苦主也是點了套餐,侍應上錯了菜,想餐廳更換,他竟然跟客人說,點錯了的那份雞髀也很好吃的。小店所有客人都看着那台苦主,頓時一片寧靜。最後苦主好像也是默默接受了。埋單每人298加一,在中環西餐廳也不是很貴,可是我不知道吃了什麼,整餐飯由前菜到餐飲到服務都是伏,我還是很餓,我懷疑人生了。走的時候樓上所謂的包場也是沒有客人的。看來我們可能是被騙了。從來都無寫過一間餐廳的負評,係唔想再有其他人中伏,謝謝🙏 continue reading

素晴らしい“和”とフレンチの出会い❗️“Figaro” is a very famous Japanese fashion magazine. Being living in JP for 30 years I always missed the Japanese western cuisine, so I tried on a Monday night. Small cozy place not overly decorated reminds me of 代官山 eateries, also has a causal French touch.The tuna tartar crab roe avocado top white truffle sauce starter was wonderful, hot cheese on olive oil garlic clams with 明太子was very tasty, roasted Iberico Pork rack 250gm was just right not oily, 広島oyster (big) confit with mixes mushroom fettuccini has such a thick tasty favor….All ingredients were high grade, owner chef Japanese lady was very friendly speak good Cantonese. Respect their small operation don’t rush them and enjoy your time there. continue reading
