12點喺銅鑼灣食個快午餐,就揀左呢間。未夠十二點半,都已經有八,九成客人,12點半就已經要排曬隊。。。聞說呢間潮州嘢喺西環好出名,啱啱起銅鑼灣呢條食街開咗新分店。佢出名豬雜,但我本身對內臟興趣不大,揀咗非內臓嘅三餸,牛筋,牛丸同蠔仔河,另外加一碟潮州腸粉同杯凍奶茶。唔使5分鐘就有得食,佢兜粉嘅分量都唔少,蠔仔都幾大隻,有成兩個1蚊銀咁大,牛筋腍得來有啲咬口,又入味,牛丸彈牙又juicy。食潮州粉麵最鐘意就係佢啲蔥芹,撈埋河粉一齊食,又香又多口感。食潮州野點可以唔點辣椒油(佢檯面有好多醬料,菜甫,辣椒醬,辣椒油,麻油,胡椒粉)。佢樽辣椒油都幾辣吓,但無乜香味。無耐就黎左個腸粉,個腸粉皮好薄,清楚睇到包住左菜同蛋,食落啲腸粉有少粉煙韌嘅,啲豉油唔會太鹹。我食左9個字到,就因為太多人而要搭檯,之後就好快走左。 continue reading

除左去西環食到達濠仔地道潮汕美食 @tathojai.hk, 而家喺銅鑼灣都食到啦!今次嗌左 ✨四拼米線 (有豬膶、蝴蝶腩、汕頭牛筋丸、牛腩)$62一次過嗌晒鍾意食嘅餸,勁足料,豬膶爽口;蝴蝶腩嫩滑與爽脆,肉味香濃;自家製汕頭牛筋丸牛味濃又有嚼頭;牛腩肥瘦適中,唔乾唔柴。👍🏻滿意~ ✨安格斯牛頸脊加墨丸米線 $100牛頸脊有驚喜~口感鮮嫩、肉味濃郁,仲係半熟上枱。加埋有墨魚粒粒嘅墨魚丸,彈牙爽脆,性價比高!兩碗都有大量芹菜好香啊~✨特式潮汕腸粉加蠔仔 $48腸粉皮好煙韌有彈性,入面有蛋、冬菇、生菜,加埋粒粒飽滿嘅蠔仔,蘸埋豉油同辣醬係勁夾冇得頂👍🏻黎到必食!🫰🏻店舖仲有好多食物可選擇,下次想食埋蠔仔粥同豬雜粉啊~ continue reading

達濠仔本店在西營盤,一直沒嚐過,這天到它開張不久的銅鑼灣分店,試試它的胡椒湯。點了3餸(魚蛋、牛筋和鮮牛肉),$52。上枱時湯夠熱,第一印象良好。先來啖湯,湯底濃而帶甜,除了豬雜和豬骨、其他配料的甜味之外,似乎加了糖。胡椒味不嗆喉,初時不覺辣,喝到尾就愈喝愈辣。相比之下,潮州人的湯底重胡椒香,入口更辛辣,豬雜的甜味會在胡椒的刺激之後出現。餸方面,牛肉薄而大片,醃過所以帶甜的底味,嫩滑而不會過份鬆肉。牛筋3至4條,大條而完整,非常軟腍而調味相對輕手。這兩個餸是達濠仔較佳,因為潮州人的鮮牛肉有時會帶咬不開的筋,而潮州人的牛筋也大條完整、軟腍入味,不過不大喜歡那滷水汁的味道,所以入味反而成了缺點。魚蛋2粒,通常潮州白魚蛋從一大餅魚蛋而出,會有平面(黏著其他魚蛋的部分)和尖角位(魚蛋餅的底和面),達濠仔的魚蛋則呈球形,中間混合了些灰黑的碎屑(魚皮?)。魚蛋爽口彈牙,魚味自然而淡淡的,不錯。配料有芽菜和唐芹,因為要淨餸,加送了幾條生菜。同行的友人點了牛筋、牛腩和牛丸。牛腩是牛肋條,炆得軟腍。牛丸也爽彈,不過未算特別。達濠仔的麵都會加上招牌蔥油(據說煮了3小時),所以多了一份香氣。炸魚皮$20,沒大小之分。喜歡炸魚皮用了薄粉漿,這點和潮州人一樣,不過一碗炸魚皮中混合了很多細碎的魚皮,未夠完整大塊。吃潮州粉麵,另一個必試的肯定是餐廳提供的辣椒油。帶籽的暗紅色辣椒油是潮州人完勝(潮州人的辣椒油有炸過的乾蔥,香得多)。不過除了辣椒油,達濠仔枱面還有像菜莆黃色的辣椒醬,比它的辣椒油香,加一點把胡椒湯的靈魂都吊出來了。整體而言,個人偏好潮州人的味道;但若是想止潮州粉麵癮,達濠仔星期日也營業,湯濃而不油膩,而且喝光了也不覺口渴,環境又光鮮,冷氣足,以後到銅鑼灣有多個選擇了呢。 continue reading

第一次來食就愛上佢個豬雜湯,湯底很濃、有胡椒香、豬雜料好足,冇豬嘅騷味!仲試左蠔仔湯飯,真系好正宗潮州的,料好多:柴魚、菜脯、蔥花、蝦米都好大粒,湯都好好飲好濃,冇味精味!下次會再來食。 continue reading

“特式潮汕腸粉”真係幾有特色,一般奄列都係蛋包餸,這個由腸粉包住成奄列型,份量大而且腸粉煙韌有咬口,好食!“招牌達蠔仔”餸量充足,牛的肉質很軟,魚蛋大粒彈牙,口感同味道都好!“特式潮汕蠔仔粥”蠔仔有十蚊銀咁大隻,加入芫茜,方魚,蝦米,上枱已經好夠味,不用再加調味。“特式豬雜湯”係特登為好豬雜者而設,個河粉唔錯,但如果唔好豬雜,可以不試。餐牌上還有很多選擇,如墨魚丸,濠達肉券和魚扎等,像車仔麵一樣可選不同配搭,可說是潮式車仔麵,下次再試埋其他嘢! continue reading
