當日想食清少少,因為又病病地....路經呢間餐廳,咁就試試看~魚扎河粉 $19, wait 6min左右~共5件~有西芹,幾爽口~還有魚肉+豬肉合體而成~鮮味~但有一啖有d腥味.......附蔥,芫西,足夠的蒜茸~很香~好好吃~但個湯底油膩左d~食完見口乾..味精都幾重 我見到加 $7有油菜一大碟~都抵o既~下次有機會再食... continue reading

本人有時下午時候去深水埗搵野, 都會去新合記食返碗面做tea, 無他, 因為夠平夠大碗又好味! 我最鐘意食佢既牛腩河, 呢度d牛腩做得幾好, 好淋夠入味, 不過湯底呢.....就普通湯底, 唔好有咩期望啦!佢d河粉都做得幾好, 起碼夠滑, 但唔講唔知, 佢d面做得先係最好, 好彈牙, 冇咩"簡"水味, 落少少醋去食~ yummi! 可惜本人唔太鐘意食面, 多數叫河粉.呢度d辣椒油都做得唔錯, 夠辣~ 加豉油一齊去點牛腩食, 一絕.仲有呢度d魚皮都幾好味, 夠新鮮, 好脆, 點一點湯食~ 飽飽!最後, 不得不提呢度既服務, 可能係小店, 萬事有商量, 你夠膽問, 佢唔係好多客人時, 都會盡量滿足你要求, 好似話落單時同阿姐講聲d牛腩要淋d, 肥d.... 唔太忙的話佢地都會跟你要求比你, 一個人去食, 魚皮$10太多, 同佢講聲, 要半份得唔得? ok!! 什麼多蔥多湯等特別要求, 唔過份佢都盡量做足!! 今時今日呢d服務真係要比個good!!! continue reading

數一數手指, 發現師傅都差唔多有成年冇黎呢間食店, 昨日咁啱行開呢區, 決定入黎回味一番, 順道睇睇水準變成點樣!兩個人入到去, 求其搵個位就坐底, 睇下食咩好先, 點知一望之下,發覺又加左價, 師傅亦不禁心裡暗地唱出歌神嘅名曲"加價熱潮", 來抒發香港現時百物騰貴嘅境況同師傅此刻嘅心聲, 真係加加加加, 糖又加鹽又加…… 唉! 貴還貴, 如果好味嘅話師傅都會覺得值, 萬一走晒樣唔好味, 都咪話唔失望! 最後柯打左一碗牛腩河, 一碟淨牛肚, 一碟油菜, 一碟炸魚皮再加一罐汽水! 最先登場嘅係炸魚皮, 炸魚皮又香又脆, 一d都冇腍到, 浸落湯黎食又好味, 就咁食一樣掂, 水準保持到, 好野; 再黎係牛腩河, 先試下個湯底, 湯底幾香幾清, 冇咩味精, 好味; 牛腩就有好多件, 加上牛腩半肥瘦, 又腍又鬆又入味, 正呀; 而河粉好滑口, 份量都唔少, 加d醋同辣椒油, 真係好好味!油菜要左腐乳通菜, 通菜幾綠幾嫩, 賣相一流, 不過腐乳放喺菜面太多, 令到通菜太咸, 要扣分; 而淨牛肚嘅份量係幾大碟, 牛肚好多件加上好腍好入味, 而且仲有生菜伴碟, 賣相幾靚, 不過個廚臨尾淋左d汁上牛肚面, 間接令到牛肚好咸, 師傅亦要問阿姐攞碗清湯拖一拖先食到!總括而言食物質素維持到水準, 依然好味, 環境就普通, 不過唔知係天氣唔好定咩, 食店內都有d昆蟲飛來飛去, 衛生情況一般, 幾騷擾下囉; 阿姐態度友善, 服務唔錯; 價錢就廿四蚊一個餐有粉麵一碗同油茶一碟或汽水, 淨牛肚都要四十五蚊, 而炸魚皮就十蚊碟, 係貴左, 不過依然好味; 唔知呢個加價熱潮會維持幾耐呢? 下次都會再黎不過唔知又會加左幾多呢? continue reading
