之前係餃子關注組見人介紹過,話佢啲餃子勁巨型足料🥟趁端午節假期,山長水遠走到嚟荃灣食Lunch time全場爆滿,好多人等外賣款式口味十幾隻,好多都想試最後叫咗雙拼湯餃八隻 ($58)先輪湯底,魚膠淮山煲豬骨湯自家煲製,無添加味精❤️飲落清清地但好夠味,真材實料見到淮山絲豬骨味道濃郁,湯底一啲都唔油膩絕對可以作老火湯飲用▶️ 香菇木耳雞肉餃入面啲香菇大大粒而且好香雞肉比豬肉軟腍🐔調味充足三款餃子入邊最鍾意呢款▶️ 粟米三色椒豬肉餃見佢特別,叫嚟試試估唔到咁多三色椒粒🫑咬落爽脆帶少少苦味另外有甜粟米粒中和返🌽豬肉餡料紮實,冇話好多肥膏好韌▶️ 京蔥羊肉餃好朋友交換咗粒俾我試🤪平時自己少食羊肉呢個完全冇羊騷味,反而係三款餃子餡入邊偏甜嗰個鍾意佢混合埋香蔥同紫洋蔥,惹味香口啲-三款餃子都好好食🤤餃子皮煙靭,厚度啱啱好,咬落唔鬆散👍🏻旁邊嘅辣菜脯都好惹味爽脆,建議加埋落餃子食,別有一番風味稱得上全港最好食餃子🏆我同朋友食完都話想回頭再食唯一係環境擠迫,坐得唔舒服性價比極高,唔收加一,平均$60/人Size的確巨型,係正常餃子兩至三倍,一個人食八隻足以飽到下一餐😋(全自費,不是試食)

試過粟米香菇、芹菜、三色椒、咖哩、京蔥羊、芝士,基本都係嘗鮮,依定基本固定點韮菜同金菇肥牛,純個人喜好上嘅選擇🤤🤤粟米香菇🐷:幾好食,湯餃味更出粟米三色椒🐷:好椒味,粟米存在感低芹菜🐷:芹菜味濃咖哩薯仔豬🐷:就係咖哩薯仔🥔味京蔥🐑:果時叫係為左試試京蔥口味,羊肉不太騷但我仲係食唔慣芝士🐷:唔會好多咁拉絲,但🧀味幾明顯韮菜、金菇肥牛🐮:都係香口野,搭配剛出鍋嘅脆口煎餃皮,食過翻尋味。一翻就翻左幾年🤣🤣個人覺得湯係佢哋一個大賣點,淮山粟米湯(不過這次只給了紅蘿蔔),鹹口養胃。紅蘿蔔和粟米每次食都好清甜。聽講依兩樣野鹹煮先吊到食材本身甜味出來🤔

聞名不如見,聽講哩間好食又抵食,去開荃灣即管試下。今次好後悔叫左大份8隻餃。餃子份量超大隻,1隻等如2隻XX碼頭,即係食左平時嘅16隻,飽到上心口,晚餐都慳返。講返餡料味道,新鮮足料,香茜馬蹄豚肉餃,勁多香茜而味道唔會好搶,因為豬肉夠味。馬蹄配角,份量就較少,幾乎唔多覺。餃皮軟滑厚薄適中。最鍾意個魚膠湯,味道好似翅湯咁鮮甜濃郁,但又無食翅嘅罪惡感。見有淨湯賣,下次經過一定會買返份。齊體食材新鮮,調味適中,食完唔口乾,完!

今日放工放得早,六點不到去到餃子門口,沒有什麼人等候,但都是買外賣回家吃舒服D,那裡坐完全不舒服,點知一等等了半小時還未做好,排我後面的也一早取走,大鑊,又漏單查詢後再等了十分鐘才有我的雲耳白菜餃子......飛快回家,不到五分鐘回到家打開吃,點知餃子完全不好吃,一夾落去已經全部散了......而且餃子餡沒什麼味,不飽滿....不好吃.....只有一個(大)字,明大於實....沒下次最後,魚湯是好喝的

終於俾我食到喺荃灣好名既餃子屋!12點到已經滿座,熱鬧氣氛已經畀我好高期待!😍 呢度嘅餃子口味多樣,有些市面不常見!今次試咗招牌菠菜馬蹄豬肉餃,每粒餃子都好似拳頭咁大,比一般餃子大一倍,超有誠意!🥟 咬落去,菠菜嘅清香同馬蹄嘅爽脆完美融合,豬肉餡嫩滑多汁,皮薄而不破,啖啖肉汁😋 湯底揀咗魚膠淮山豬骨湯,湯頭濃郁清甜,完全冇味精,真材實料,暖胃又養生!推介加一勺店家自製辣菜脯,微辣香脆🔥▪️菠菜馬蹄豬肉餃 $50/8隻
