很失望的一次體驗,話說這家酒店已經有很多多年的歷史,理論上應該是信得過的一間酒店餐廳的服務,但實際上卻很失望。以香港現在的經濟狀況,想像是應該在服務和各方面的體驗上應該是有所改變的,菜品只能說過得去,以酒店的收費是接受的,但開瓶費卻不便宜$300一瓶,我們帶了兩瓶酒,在我們的爭取下收了我們一瓶,但我們全晚的消費是$2400:菜品包括一條蒸魚,蝦粉絲煲、羊腩煲、南乳雞件、香芹雞柳、一碟菜心,現在明白為什麼那麼多港人喜歡北上消費,那是一個抵啊!酒店的代客泊車更是奇葩,我們先是把車泊係公眾的停車場,那是$2 /15分鐘的收費,代客泊車的服務生告訴你酒店消費滿$600免兩小時,我們自然把車揸過來泊係酒店門口,但他沒告訴你過了兩小時要按$50/1小時收費,我們的晚飯時間用了3小時20分鐘,出來唔該$100😳😳咁樣嘅質素同服務,有機會都係揀第二間或者北上消費啦!Read More

食物質素沒有大改變,可惜生意大不如前。大部份工作人員已經換了!失去了幾個好好舊伙記。以前的Amex 折扣優惠也沒有,這個是更加可惜。希望有其他優惠提供給客人!!!Hope sino management group can finetune the arrangement as it is hard to see a good restaurant around tm n yl area. 以前試過去黃金海岸食自助午餐,體驗極度差劣,味道差,款式差,價錢貴,所以我對黃金海岸的餐廳質素都不抱期望,只是適逢家人生日,家人對黃金海岸推出的「Mastercard優惠:半價享用尊貴鮑魚套餐」有興趣,見到網上對此中菜廳亦有不少好評,因此特意帶家人來享用,希望不會失望,怎知道原來跟自助餐一樣差勁。1: 我預訂了晚上6:00,職員沒有預先跟我確認訂位,但竟然在當晚6:00致電給我去確認訂位(當時我正在前往餐廳),聲稱忘記聯絡我確認訂位,到底是「忘記確認訂位」還是「覺得我缺席,擔心餐廳準備好食材會蝕本」?首先,我當時已在酒店門口,如果餐廳覺得我遲到,大可以等我15分鐘聯絡我;如果擔心蝕本,更加應該提早向我確認訂位,而不是在當晚6:00跟我確認當晚6:00的訂位如此可笑。2: 套餐包含每人一杯飲品,然而當老人家飲完那杯飲品之後想要一杯清水都不行?初時職員對這要求沒有回應,經過我三催四請後才說水要收錢?我去過很多間五星級酒店的中菜廳,就算三星級酒店的餐廳,沒有一間說連水都要收錢這麼cheap的。而且,如果連水都要收錢這麼cheap,一開始就可以對我們提出要求時直說,或者直接給飲品menu,而不是三催四請後才說水要收錢。真心覺得人均$600竟然連清水都要收錢真的太cheap。3: 上完甜品後,職員走過來說「你地既野食已經上完」,意思是要趕我們走?還是覺得我們沒錢付款?其實一開始入座時,職員已經印了收據放在桌上,收據除了顯示金額,亦顯示了套餐的菜式,根本沒有需要再「加以提醒」,若職員只是想表達套餐的菜式已經上完,大可以問有沒有其他需要加點或給予餐牌,而不是如此突兀。4: 要是食物質素優良,我應該沒那麼不滿,可惜連食物質素都強差人意。雖說套餐已經有信用卡半價,但折扣後連加一,人均$600多,這個價錢竟然只有5道菜連甜品,在平均每道菜只有一件的情況下,其實根本不會吃得飽,份量少得可憐,而且賣相跟普通酒樓差不多,只是味道還不錯的。綜觀而言只值$300,這個價錢享受這個質素,絕對連四星級酒店亦稱不上,我相信可以香港還有更好選擇,我亦不會再光顧黃金海岸任何餐廳。Read More
