平時喺街度食上海野,好多時都係去一啲比較大嘅連鎖店,好多都已經食到好悶,所以要搵一啲細間而且有地道嘅上海嘢食係好困難,今日嚟到淘大花園呢度,就比我發現到一間整得幾好食嘅上海餐廳。見到個門口好光鮮,應該係新開無耐嘅餐廳。由於今日係平日啦咁間餐廳都比較少人。上海餐廳梗係要食呢個小籠包,佢有好豐富肉汁,而且个皮唔會太厚。呢個蟹粉菜心,蟹粉味非常濃郁,值得一試。呢個係小食拼盤,將所有上海菜最經典嘅前菜放埋一齊。呢個都整得非常出色,好入味。呢個蟹粉炒飯都整得非常出色,而且佢顏色非常豐富。之後個夥計見到仲送我哋個甜品。所以都對呢間餐廳嘅食物非常滿意

抗疫同時不忘滿足肚子無需要,是晚來到淘大謝謝儂。名字以為台灣,實際上是中菜。六點半就到了餐廳,空間好大喔,座位寬敞舒適,見餐廳職員忙外賣服務。我地叫了三樣野,黃金四季豆,招牌酸菜魚和小籠包。黃金四季豆賣相吸引,份量足,蛋香味濃,黃金蛋碎碎鋪滿豆豆,豆肉飽滿,我同朋友一致讚好。招牌酸菜魚肉嫩滑,風味有別於川菜,調味食材也豐富,沒有川菜的辣,或者是因應港人的口味。小籠包賣相都靚,皮內的肉嫩,汁剛好。整體而言,環境和食物都不錯。

另外, 推薦!!!
一定要叫蒜泥白肉卷,好食到決定每次都都要點!!!

其實就係一個係蒸食,一個係蒸食! 但我個人比較鍾意蒸果一款, 因為個皮好脆,內裡充滿勁熱肉汁,一脆一嫩口感好好。

淘大花園的謝謝儂, 餐廳寬敞可以容納很多人。 唔會背脊貼背脊,而且設計頗有特色, 喺食上海菜之餘也可以學返一兩句上海話。

最近大家都在吃川菜,好久沒有吃上海菜,找來在淘大的謝謝儂。店面環境寬敞,中式裝修也不錯。茶位$5有不少經典上海菜,都很吸引,其中我的最愛是蟹粉,估唔到呢個時候仲有得食。蟹粉小籠包($78),蟹味出色,湯汁都充滿蟹膏油香,十分鮮味,皮也夠薄,推薦!蟹粉扒豆腐($108),蟹粉入口鮮甜甘香,豆腐細滑軟嫩,送飯或拌麵一流。蟹粉炒年糕 ($118),年糕軟糯又有嚼勁,蟹粉醬汁帶咸鮮味,加了毛豆炒,食唔停口。

三小拼有烤麩、小排骨和鎮江肴肉,這道菜式是挺值得推介的,烤麩雖然是小食,但向來是上海菜中不可或缺的部分,它的豆味濃郁,還有點清甜的味道。小排骨非常好吃
甜甜酸酸的醬汁配以排骨很容易入口!鎮江肴肉是冷盤,透明的膏狀是肥膏,我多數不要的,中間的豬肉軟軟的也好吃。

接著是上海炒年糕,炒年糕的精髓最重要是年糕要夠煙韌,這裡的年糕有著頗高的質素。首先裡面有足夠的椰菜,吃起來甜甜的很滋味。另外可以很容易看見年糕上覆蓋了滿滿的醬油,雖然是這樣,年糕也不至於會太鹹,口感也煙韌。

作為海鮮迷的我,當然不忘點一份清河蝦仁,清河蝦仁通常是比較昂貴的菜式,在這裡也不例外,要$125。份量是挺多的,蝦仁大大隻,也夠爽口彈牙,很正宗,只是味道稍微鹹了一點,淡一點就完美了。

最後是糖醋魚塊,說是糖醋魚塊,味道比較像咕嚕魚塊🤣不過也是甜甜酸酸的醬汁,分別不大,甜酸汁很開胃的,相信沒有多少人會不喜歡吧?魚塊都很軟稔,沒有腥味,魚的味道也明顯。
