I always believe pictures speak louder than words. Saw Wonderland Too's grand opening news in a magazine and I've always wanted to try it out, so finally last night I went there with a few of my friends. Saw Wonderland Too's grand opening news in a magazine and I've always wanted to try it out, so finally last night I went there with a few of my friends. My first impression when I walked into the restaurant, WOW this is a nice place for drinks for sure. The patio seats were perfect last night. We ordered a bit of food and the table was a lil too small to fit everything. Everything was great, but I was in love with the wild mushroom risotto and the tiramisu. I am definitely going back for these 2 dishes. Since there are only 4 of us last night, would love to try out more of their dishes. Good spot! Good food! Good service!

最近邊處都較難訂位, 打電話到 Wonderland Too 都係要 Waiting List, 唔理咁多, 一於走去試吓有無位, 因為覺得上一篇食評寫得幾好, 價錢又within Budget。最後真係可以有位,但係要我一個鐘交番張枱俾佢哋,其實無咩所謂,我哋兩個可以坐好耐,但係亦可以好快食完走人。好快就決定要二人套餐,1. 頭盤係Parmesan Cheese薄牛肉 - 基本上牛肉,芝士同火箭菜嘅味道好Match就唔駛多講, 太太亦好喜歡呢個菜, 但係... 今次啲牛肉比較凍, 2. 番茄湯 - 味道幾好, 番茄味唔算濃, 飲落無好漿的感覺. 3. 煙肉蛋黃汁意粉 - 上枱的時候已經感到好吸引, 有咬口嘅意粉加上美味嘅蛋黃汁, 重有甘香嘅煙肉, 可能要share嘅關係, 呢碟意粉, 我同太太都覺得非常好味.4. 西冷扒 - 又係兩份share.... 件紐西蘭西冷牛扒做得唔錯, 最鍾意係表面燒好封住中間有少少林嘅感覺, 而配菜露筍都好味.5. 重有兩杯Cappuccino 添.....餐廳嘅氣氛幾好, Waitress真係好好笑容, 有時間可以再慢慢享受啲食物就應該會更好, 有

好快就決定要二人套餐,

1. 頭盤係Parmesan Cheese薄牛肉 - 基本上牛肉,芝士同火箭菜嘅味道好Match就唔駛多講, 太太亦好喜歡呢個菜, 但係... 今次啲牛肉比較凍,

2. 番茄湯 - 味道幾好, 番茄味唔算濃, 飲落無好漿的感覺.


3. 煙肉蛋黃汁意粉 - 上枱的時候已經感到好吸引, 有咬口嘅意粉加上美味嘅蛋黃汁, 重有甘香嘅煙肉, 可能要share嘅關係, 呢碟意粉, 我同太太都覺得非常好味.

4. 西冷扒 - 又係兩份share.... 件紐西蘭西冷牛扒做得唔錯, 最鍾意係表面燒好封住中間有少少林嘅感覺, 而配菜露筍都好味.

5. 重有兩杯Cappuccino 添.....

餐廳嘅氣氛幾好, Waitress真係好好笑容, 有時間可以再慢慢享受啲食物就應該會更好, 有機會應該會再去.

尖沙咀新食廈The Hart似乎跟牛都幾有緣,繼先前開張嘅和幸吧同埋吽之外,另外亦有兩間以牛扒為主嘅食肆Wonderland Too同埋Stone Grill準備開幕。今次到來嘅Wonderland Too門口裝修格局似曾相識,原來正係人氣熱店OWL Our Wonderland分店,改走高格調蠔吧扒房路線,而餐廳仍在試業階段,到四月中先至正式開張。餐廳設計簡單,以黑白兩色的木傢具為主,室內有落地玻璃可以間隔成VIP房作派對場地,另設有跟和幸吧差不多,但無上蓋嘅露台,讓情侶可以在蛋形燈下享受鬧市底下嘅浪漫,感覺都幾舒服。今次一行六人到來,決定要一份四人套餐($928)再另點選其他食物,而平均消費每人約$250至$300,以尖沙咀西餐廳來講,價錢份量算合理公道。先來套餐嘅生蠔,今次八隻同樣係來自英國嘅高車士打蠔Colchester Oyster,入口Creamy而且略帶海水味,鮮甜味美。雖然蠔肉本身無殘留碎殼,但有部份貝柱位未能完全割開,開蠔手水準仍有進步空間,不過整體仍然感到滿意。生蠔過後來個套餐以外散叫嘅廚師西門沙律($118),呢份沙律主要為紅柚肉,橙肉,提子乾,松子同埋有機生菜,

頭盤過後來餐湯及麵包,是日餐湯係大蒜薯蓉湯,鮮甜美味,質感厚滑,席上眾友人個個叫好。反觀麵包只屬普通貨色,食落尚算鬆軟,但如果唔係有黑醋作伴,應該早已將佢放棄。

主菜到來前先送上煙肉蛋黃汁意粉同埋海鮮意大利飯,前者煙肉夠鹹香,意粉亦夠彈牙,唯獨蛋黃汁未夠香濃,整體只係不過不失。相反Risotto食落有驚喜,飯粒質感濃稠,口感極佳,飯粒跟醬汁配合得天衣無縫,內裡蜆肉粒更能帶出海鮮鮮味,非常好味,如果能夠將蝦鬚先拔掉,方便食客就更完美。

四人套餐主菜部份可以四選二,今次叫左平時好少點選嘅無骨燒春雞配露絲瑪莉汁。呢份春雞份量絕對唔夠春,雞皮微脆,雞肉亦嫩滑,水準的確唔錯,所以跟本唔駛蘸醬汁已經好好食,個人推介!

另一份主菜最穩陣選左燒紐西蘭西冷牛扒,牛扒雖叫Medium Rare,可惜送上檯時已係Medium well或者可以話係接近Well Done,雖然生熟程度跟自己意願有出入,但呢份牛扒本身質素唔錯,以呢個價位黎講已經算收貨。跟負責人Kenji反映左呢個問題外,我亦對牛扒刀稍有意見,據聞呢度所用嘅牛扒刀鋸齒位跟其他稍有唔同,而且更特意支持由香港製造嘅產品,頗有心思,不過令我最深印象應該係呢把牛扒刀原來可以企起身,有趣!

主菜過後大家雖然已經飽左八九成,但甜品永遠都係有另一個胃可以放入去。最後要左三份甜品一齊分享,分別係意式朱古力奶凍,脆蛋白配鮮果同埋意大利芝士芭菲,三樣同樣都係$55。前兩個甜品水準中規中距,我反而對意大利芝士芭菲較感興趣,Kenji解釋佢地嘅Tiramisu有別於出面,完全無加入魚膠粉,所以口感截然不同,絕對係一個既討好又創新嘅嘗試。不過今次咖啡粉似乎重手左少少,不愛咖啡的話就一定會被嚇怕...

Wonderland Too仍在試業階段,食物方面雖然唔錯,但仍有改善進步空間,而最值得一讚係幾位侍應服務態度好好,面上長期充滿笑容,而對客人要求亦樣樣做到足,我所有問題亦有完滿答覆,值得嘉許,期待正式開業後可以做得更好。
