今次去將軍澳做野, 走時記得朋友話係坑口村好多隱居好食小店, 好多住將軍澳的人都知, 但都覺得出入吾方便而卻步, 鍾意試新野的我, 梗係要去睇吓啦。本來想試䗌子等海鮮, 不過店主話休魚期間吾多海鮮, 唯有order 其他。豉油王中蝦, 好惹味, 送啤酒一流金沙帶子翠肉瓜, 帶子好大粒, 好好味。另外, 叫了一個懷舊菜式- 炸大腸。 炸得很脆, 不過這款菜有d 肥, 雖然好食, 但吾可以食得太多。最後點了龍鬚炒麵, 炒得夠火候, 好香! 抵讚! 走時9點多, 仍然滿坐, 似乎識搵好野食的人仍有很多! continue reading

個人覺得將軍澳呢區比較有特色嘅食肆係坑口村,坑口村有幾間食肆,食得妙係其中一間。呢間食店之前幫襯過一次,朋友話蝦丸出名,個人覺得中規中矩,所以今次就無試喇。呢間食店舖仔細細,同附近幾間一樣可以揀室內或者室外,我同朋友兩個揀咗室內嘅座位。食物方面幾好,價錢中上,少貴。蒜茸蒸蟶子,大大隻,如果粉絲多啲就好喇。倉魚都算大條肥美,個汁幾好味。菜加咗蝦皮無咁單調,清清哋。金莎蝦,好多鹹蛋黃,好香口,好味。個湯足料,細細盅,兩個人啱啱好。 continue reading

有heart 小菜 差不多每星期都特登搭一程車入坑口村嚟食晚餐,因為呢度價錢實惠,招呼又好。我由2014年年頭開始幫襯,最初見到之前啲惡評都有啲担心,好彩試完就覺抵食又好食,以後仲個個星期都嚟。唔明佢生意始終麻麻, 唸嚟唸去,自己估係咪受之前啲劣評影響呢?以自己呢一年親身嘅体驗,呢間嘢無論食物和招呼都好。好驚呢間良心食肆頂唔到,"的"地心肝係度寫吓我嘅感受。1. 小菜抵食: 好多都係70,80蚊以下,份量都夠。細老火湯都係$58蚊,至緊要食得飽。2. 味道好食,正路: 食咁耐佢都未試過失手(e.g 過油,過咸,雪味),好多中菜都做唔到。3. 菜式多款又特別: 氹仔汁/芝士汁鮮魷/豬扒好味又特別。 傳統嘅肉鬆蒸水蛋,媽媽的味道 鮮魷肉餅,好味又彈牙 三椒牛柳粒用料好,火候亦啱啱好。4. 招呼好: 啲碗筷都幫你用熱水洗過,招呼亦好熱心,亦唔會硬銷啲貴價菜,nice。我之前未寫過食評,但好驚唔做啲嘢,第2時佢無聲無息執咗就好可惜,自己亦會後悔 。都希望呢間食肆繼續維持好水準,街坊試吓就知我冇老作啦! continue reading

今日去左姑媽到拜年,夜晚就落左去lee到食野,大家首先叫左d啤酒汽水飲先,之後再睇下叫咩食,商量完一陣,大家都覺得叫套餐會食唔哂,所以就散叫,咁過左半個鐘,我地見一樣野食都未到,就問下個侍應,佢話煮緊,之後再過多陣,我地野飲又飲完,眼見遲泥過我地既人都走,我地就再問下個老闆,佢又係話煮緊,如是者我地再等等等,超過一小時都冇野泥過,我地就決定走,真係新年都搞到一肚火,其實點解會咁,係因為我地唔係叫套餐,所以佢地唔想做我地生意,佢地咁既生意手法實在太離譜,如果唔想人地散叫,就唔好俾果d餐牌人簡啦,永不再光顧姐係其實新年大家都想開心姐,而且咁樣做咪等於影衰自己招牌先,係咪,咁樣人地下次仲點去幫襯你牙 continue reading
