就嚟進入冬季，去食印度野暖下胃就最岩。食 curry去重慶大廈，都係正常決定，問下識途老馬，佢就介紹我嚟呢間。坐低先要一杯Lassi，味道酸甜，乳酸厚厚，越飲越正好舒服。Aloo Gobi 薯仔椰菜花咖哩，咖哩汁係中等辣，越食越惹味，薯仔同埋椰菜花好香好濃，配烤餅好正。Garlic Naan 蒜蓉烤餅，熱辣辣，鬆軟好味。Gulab Jamun 糖水甜煎堆，印度好出名嘅甜品，四粒波波軟綿綿，食落去真係好似海綿，口味好特別好得意。今晚好美味。

我覺得係重慶大廈裡面最正嘅咖喱餐廳!重慶有好多咖喱餐廳，我都食過好多間，但呢一間係最掂! 除咗食物好味，環境仲好乾淨，而且店員可以講廣東話，溝通冇問題。Papadom 胡椒脆餅，又薄又脆，好香口。Tandoori Fish 印式烤魚, 原條烤，香料味好濃又香，魚肉好鮮味，唔係好喊又唔算好辣，勁有風味。Lamb Korma 杏仁汁燴羊肉，個汁好creamy又濃又滑，羊肉好嫩好夠味，唔係好辣嘅一種咖哩。Kashmiri Pullau 喀什米爾果仁蒸飯，甜甜地嘅一種飯，但係冇乜果仁，但就有好多什果，甜甜地特別得好緊要，好好味。

疫情期間，好耐冇食印度野，決定勇闖重慶大廈，尋找呢間性價比超高正宗嘅印度餐廳👳🏽♂️本人非常愛印度美食❤️在香港試過很多印度餐廳，但以地度及性價比計算，呢間餐廳真係非常高評價，食物質素好好，黎佐五樣野，可以有五種唔同獨特嘅香料味，好有驚喜，雖然環境普通但係服務非常之貼心殷勤，呢到唔係以重口味取勝，真係以印度菜（香料炸彈）取勝，食同聞，都係一次滿足嘅享受🥰

尖沙咀重慶大厦給香港人的印象，不是因為有靚匯率的外幣找換店，就是要來吃正宗的南亞美食（#咖喱 、#燒烤）。 重慶大厦地面層都有多間售賣南亞美食的外賣店，通常是ready made的，或許為方便旅客或同鄉外賣回家或旅店去品嚐。不過要坐得舒適而且在乾淨衛生的店內享用新鮮即煮的正宗印度美食，各位可以搭上B座4/F的WAKAS MESS 咖喱皇華加士餐廳。分別點了一客“特色咖喱羊肉”，一碟“pullau rice”,一份“Naan bread”及一客“香辣燒雞塊”。 咖喱羊肉煮得入味而不羶，件件容易咀嚼，咖喱味道與羊肉是配合得出神入化，伴着尖長乾爽的pullau rice 及充滿麵粉香的Naan bread來吃, 精華在互相輝映，咖喱實在多多好吃!熱鐵板上的香辣燒雞塊，由侍應生送上枱兼搾下新鮮檸檬汁在雞塊上，雞肉外層燒香而肉質嫩滑，香辣味道與檸檬汁的碰上，足以讓人垂涎三尺

been to chungking mansion after long time for dinner it's not crowded as like before I'm sure bec of covid 19 luckily found this restaurant open after long time totally newly open I know this boss is old one who run this restaurant long time very humble nice I ask him I want to try some really authentic indian food specialy beef curry and some chicken biryani he recomend me beef curry and chicken tikka biryani the curry was super yummy and biryani was also cooked very tasty I found something different taste in this chicken tikka biryani and found a very big potato inside surprised I never see that in any restaurant it was good very yummy the place was quite nice very clean and food is very excellent highly recommended for indian food lover great time will come back again cheers thanks to boss
