一早想試呢間, 因為近期愛上食越南野環境幾靚呀! 茶餐廳feel得黎好舒服好乾淨!1點左右食lunch, 餓到扁啦! 3個人一人一LUNCH SET, 包飲品$28, 特飲先要加錢!叫左蝦醬肥牛炒河, 泰式雞肉炒金粉, 金不換海鮮炒金邊粉咁平就唔好期望太大, 都幾好食呀! !個人黎講蝦醬肥牛炒河最好食, 蝦醬味可以濃d, 咁就超級香口啦!!!泰式雞肉炒金粉最為遜色, 用左泰色辣醬炒而已! 金不換海鮮炒金邊粉炒得較香口, 不過佢呢度ge炒金邊粉始終唔夠我係荃灣一家食過的香同冇咁咽硬, 因為我本身想食炒金邊粉就係想食佢的口感, 係炒先做到ga, 有d失望 而且佢有d乾!! 咁人地話晒都$35@ ge 不過佢有可取的地方: 真材實料 蝦唔係雪蔵, 魷魚同蟹柳都有d鮮味, 蟹柳仲要唔粉有趙頭, 好足料好飽咸檸七好似加$5, 一般咖啡茶就唔洗, 我要左熱好立克, 都係咁啦好難唔好飲ge!下次試下晚餐黎先!!

金不換海鮮炒金邊粉炒得較香口, 不過佢呢度ge炒金邊粉始終唔夠我係荃灣一家食過的香同冇咁咽硬, 因為我本身想食炒金邊粉就係想食佢的口感, 係炒先做到ga, 有d失望
而且佢有d乾!! 咁人地話晒都$35@ ge
不過佢有可取的地方: 真材實料
蝦唔係雪蔵, 魷魚同蟹柳都有d鮮味, 蟹柳仲要唔粉有趙頭, 好足料好飽

[今日一家人入咗去元朗郊遊,到咗晚飯時大家商量去邊度食飯好,諗起之前有朋友推介教育路有間泰國鋪幾好,一於同屋企人去試吓.去到門口見到大大個招牌"越海廚房"同埋一張"泰國米"海報,莫非係越南菜 X 泰國菜嘅Fusion嘢打開menu睇一睇,全部泰國嘢無越南菜,問事頭婆唔係越菜 + 泰菜咩,事頭婆就道出因由,原來之前佢係水邊圍村開泰國菜館,後來頂咗俾其他人做,而家重出江湖,啱啱呢間鋪頭唔做佢就頂嚟做,所以就由越菜變成泰菜.佢重話好多舊客知道咗之後特登嚟添睇完menu叫咗豬頸肉包生菜,d汁好正酸酸甜甜, 明爐烏頭,鍾意食魚的朋友可以試吓, 咖哩海鮮包d汁好香,我哋重叫埋薄餅點嚟食, 另外叫咗芝士蝦餅,一咬開d芝士湧出嚟,好香好滑, 再叫隻海南雞試吓,全部都係肉叫番個菜中和吓, 事頭婆

今日一家人入咗去元朗郊遊,到咗晚飯時大家商量去邊度食飯好,

打開menu睇一睇,全部泰國嘢無越南菜,
問事頭婆唔係越菜 + 泰菜咩,事頭婆就道出因由,
原來之前佢係水邊圍村開泰國菜館,後來頂咗俾其他人做,
而家重出江湖,啱啱呢間鋪頭唔做佢就頂嚟做,
所以就由越菜變成泰菜.

佢重話好多舊客知道咗之後特登嚟添


睇完menu叫咗豬頸肉包生菜,d汁好正酸酸甜甜,

明爐烏頭,鍾意食魚的朋友可以試吓,

咖哩海鮮包d汁好香,我哋重叫埋薄餅點嚟食,

另外叫咗芝士蝦餅,一咬開d芝士湧出嚟,好香好滑,

再叫隻海南雞試吓,全部都係肉叫番個菜中和吓,

事頭婆話今日介蘭靚就聽佢講,真係好食,

食飽就想叫甜品,見到門口擺咗d椰汁西米糕,好香好滑,

5個人埋單都係 $350,每個人平均$70,抵食夾好味!

今日同阿媽去左教育路呢間「越海廚房」。

星期日午市套餐: 飯餐、炒矇,$28。湯河餐,$20。送冷、熱飲或果汁。

我叫左個「黃咖哩牛腩飯」、「藍莓汁」($28)。阿媽叫左「雜錦湯河」、「奇異果汁」($20)。

先黎「果汁」; 「奇異果汁」係「螢光綠色」既。「藍莓汁」係紫色。飲落就知係即沖個種(我杯藍莓仲要溝稀左唔知幾多倍
)。

「雜錦湯河」,包羅萬有。味道就麻麻喇,勝在夠飽肚。

「黃咖哩牛腩飯」,一黎見到得四小塊牛腩,即刻爆響:「嘩! 咁少牛腩?」呀媽話:「d牛肉貴嘛~!想俾幾多你呀~?」

呢個黃咖哩味道唔錯。不過,因為勁多飯,勁少牛腩同勁少汁,我已經連咖哩汁都俾我刮清,都食剩好多飯~!

不過講真,今時今日,咁既價錢,配合咁既質素,我諗差不多架喇。

這間越海廚房是我師傅開的, 是一間以越南及東南亞食品做主打,開左都吾夠一年,我同honey 特意由港島區去元朗幫親的~餐廳環境: 我師傅是造型師, 她將作品整整齊齊掛在餐廳的牆上, 感覺幾特別和很有風格, 好似作品展似的, 餐廳環境光線柔和, 地方淨潔; 由於我當日不是食飯時段, 故座客不算多.食物方面: 海南雞(半隻): 雞肉好滑好入味 越式手卷: 啖啖蝦肉,幾爽口蒜蓉炒棷子苗: 好特別,香港無的,是由泰國入口, 口感有點硬, 不過尚算OK冰凍椰青 : 這是我最愛, 冰涷好飲, 無得彈

上星期.一家人車落元朗野食.見門口有得泊車諗住試下越南餐廳.入到去先知原來泰越兩菜都有.跟住細心再望入面有cctv睇車.可以食得安心.我地5個人就叫左冬蔭功.海南雞.越南春卷.燒雞全翼.馬拉盞椰苗.仲有個炒飯幾好食架不過唔記得叫咩名其實整體黎講都唔錯..可以去試..值得推介..而且叫左甘多都係$300-400..老實講係幾抵食

母親節去食,d食物越菜來說算平,點了蔗蝦、春卷、生牛河、海南雞....海南雞都ok la,但生牛河簡直不知所謂,湯淡而無味,完全食唔到香葉所肴出的味,差!牛肉更是.....完成同正宗的生牛不同,我真的有懷疑是不是不法牛肉,居然蘇!!!!生牛河係越南菜d基本野,都可以咁難......食,放棄,不會再俾機會,係元朗,幸好還有其他好味的生牛河,要不然就慘了!!!ps當日母親節的心情都冇晒
