今晚兒子請食晚飯,媽咪建議來這裡,叫左推介的蒜茸粉蒸元貝,上枱的竟然是用急凍帶子開邊冲元貝,元貝殼就很大個,剛見到個西裝友行過來我太太同我向他投訴,而他就目無表情及啞口無言,祇說會反映便行開了,後來問其他樓面那位西裝友是姓成,專責培訓工作,那就太令人失望,埋單後我太太心心不憤,再向成先生了解,但他之吾以對,及後來了個經理,他親口說是用急凍帶子,並且立即在櫃面取回100元給我太太,並意圖推我太太離開,及後我跟他說連加一是110元,他又立即再取多10元給我。令外蒸魚豉油淡而無味,蛋白花彫蒸蟹過咗火及薄薄的蛋白在碟底,這店實在太令我們失望!

Just the standard fare served here, nothing tasted outstanding.The deep fried squid was weird, it was served on a bed of cornflakes.The xo radish cake was nice, it was crispy and spicy which overpowered that nasty preserved sausage taste.

餐廳好似唔系好多人識,但系我地好鐘意去呢道食!因為覺得佢價錢相對便宜, 但系海鲜嘅質素好好,坐得又舒服。乳豬全體是不可或缺的菜色:豬皮卜卜脆,肥脂不多,食多幾件也不覺膩口!我個人蠻喜愛的港式芝士龍蝦伊麵 :芝 士 汁 濃 而 香, 龍蝦大大隻,肉質爽滑!鮑汁海參扣鵝掌:味香濃郁、口感爽滑、 鮑汁味濃,沒有腥味,咬口!酥炸花枝丸 用來當下酒菜真是絕配!一個很重要的菜式,炸漿夠薄,外皮要炸得夠酥,整體口感才會好。佢絕對做得到,食到中間有流心鵝肝,令味道更多層次感!
