To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

認識我的朋友,應該都知我非常喜歡吃中式點心,所以這天回大埔看醫生後 (又感冒了!!) 又來到新達的海港飲茶. 中午12:00,客人已相當多,而且我等不搭枱的2人枱,最後居然等足1小時,而最令我驚訝的是,我居然坐係度等等等! 我真是生病了,一個沒吃早餐就坐了個多小時車回大埔的病人,等位的戰鬥力原來可以如此強!柴魚花生豬骨粥 ($11.8)病人是要吃粥的,所以即使不愛吃,於生病時都總會吃少少. 粥的熱度不夠,而且味道偏鹹,很一般.金粟墨魚餅 ($18)話說早前於屯門分店吃過金粟墨魚餅,墨魚餅相當厚身,而且充滿嚼勁,亦是即煎的,味道好得沒話說. 這次來到同集團酒家,當然再點,想回味一下. 可惜這店的墨魚餅相當薄削,而且是煎定的,只帶微暖,很失望呀!!香煎芋絲餅 ($16)一客3件的芋絲餅,但比平時吃到的size小一點,是長方型而非正方型的. 同樣是只帶微暖,愛吃熱辣辣、香口炸物的我,又一次失望. 幸好內裡是香軟的芋絲,比起薄削墨魚餅好吃一點.養生棉花雞 ($18.8)其實不太喜歡吃棉花雞,不過生病時口味好像有點轉變. 魚肚只有3小塊,至於雞肉都幾多,尚算嫩滑,味道普通.大埔店的點心質素比起屯門店差得多,而且平日等位也要1小時,是大埔酒樓太少的原因嗎? 大埔南運路9號新達廣場2樓101-102舖2653 9333 continue reading

一家人食飯,通常都會揀食中餐。今次因為慶祝生日,所以得三個人都叫咗好多嘢食。炸子雞好有驚喜,皮脆肉滑。上湯浸時蔬都唔錯,清清地,仲有腐竹同雜菌做配菜。椒鹽賴尿蝦好大隻。唔係成日有咁大隻嘅賴尿蝦食,回味無窮。燒羊架。但係本人係唔食羊嘅,淨係負責睇屋企人食😌。佢哋好似話幾好食。。 continue reading

住在大埔很久了, 一直沒有來新達飲早茶, 4位等了20分鐘左右, 還可以接受.點了9個點心, 等了大概10分鐘左右來了第一道, 中山薄鐣, 皮過厚, 且不熱的,  好明顯不是即時整, 炸蘿蔔絲卷,外表做的很精美,很細緻, 很吸引,  但一吃下口, 不是熱的, 我們很不滿意,  好明顯也不是即時整的, 斎腸粉來了, 除了平時必加的豉油外, 還附上花生甜醬很細心, 很好, 份量很多, 比一般酒樓的份量多, 但可惜的是不夠熱, 只是暖暖的,很奇怪. 最後, 蒸籠點心終於來了, 熱呼呼的蒸氣向上升, 馬上吃了叉燒包, 味道不錯, 但唯獨內藏太多肥豬肉,且不見很多叉燒, 醬料足夠.  流黃包是流心的, 但沒有蛋黃味; 綿花雞是熱的, 仍有蒸氣, 不錯, 千層腐皮很細緻, 層之分明, 但份量少的很, 馬拉糕很大件, 但味道非常一般總的來說, 260蚊, 4個人, 茶錢每人8元, 不是很抵, 蒸籠點心才是熱上, 其他食物的溫度有待改進 continue reading

海港可以話係多間酒樓中至抵食架啦!雖然服務認真麻麻,酒樓又嘈又多人,但勝在價錢實惠,坐下食餐飯都幾唔錯。海南椰子雞鍋四人餐雖然我地只有三人,但都點四人餐啦!都係一人百幾姐,有齊11款食物兼有飲品。椰子鍋真有幾條椰子,算唔錯。湯底係椰子水,幾清甜。有成隻雞!雞都算大隻啦,絕對唔係無肉食果種。三個人食其實有點多。食剩好多舊呀。四人就應該岩岩好。雞肉加入椰子湯底入面煮,雞肉都有清香嘅椰子味,都幾正,別有一番風味。手切安格斯肥牛都幾大片,牛肉味都幾濃郁。而且,肉質都算幾嫩滑。西班牙黑豚肉煮耐左都唔會鞋,算厚切。松露墨魚丸好香嘅松露味道,咬落去果下香味特別重。魚丸好彈牙,仲有粒粒墨魚肉。黑蒜豚肉丸黑蒜嘅味道唔算太重,反而豬肉味勁啲,算係唔錯啦。 continue reading
