一看見白酒忌廉汁青口,我便毫無抵抗力。這裡份量算多,一大鍋的,而且青口鮮甜無腥味,很好吃。

抹茶 crème brûlée 比平常的 crème brûlée 甜度降了一點,還多了一點茶香,反正就對我口味。

Chandonnay算是比較輕淡的白酒,果香味濃,配上海膽意麵更能帶出其鮮甜。


首次到訪 Trattoria Kagawa 十分驚喜。
高質素的菜式、浪漫的氛圍都令人印象深刻。
值得一提還有座位的配置:喜歡和廚師互動的可選吧枱位置;喜歡二人世界的有靠窗二人枱;等天氣涼一點可選室外座位;三五知己追求私隱度高還可預訂房間。
非常週到,值得到訪。

前幾天到訪「Trattoria Kagawa by Mihara」這間意日fusion餐廳。餐廳環境充滿大自然氣息,還有戶外空間,最吸引的莫過是餐廳內部的吧枱位,客人可以再次觀賞主廚烹飪的過程。<Garden Fresh Vegetable Fondue> $118前菜運用日本新鮮應節蔬菜,用來沾點蒜味白醬食用,蔬菜包括粟米、青瓜、車厘茄等新鮮應節蔬菜,蔬菜口感爽脆,甜味天然。<Inaniwa Mentaiko Udon> $168意粉配料有日本明太子醬、蘑菇、紫菜碎、蔥絲、烏冬。明太子味道鹹鮮,同忌廉汁完美配合,整體奶香較重、口感順滑,烏冬質地軟滑,每一口都能感受明太子醬獨有的香濃味道。<Fettucine Uni Carbonara> $258餐廳Signature 之一。意粉用上海膽、海膽醬製成醬汁。橙黃顏色相當搶眼,海膽入口鮮甜,一點也不腥。扁意粉口感剛剛好,建議大家要先攪勻醬汁才吃。
