To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 同班friends去中環搵地方happy hour，上到Top Town 31樓真係有驚喜！環境超正，balcony望住一望無際嘅維港海景，靚到癲～當晚Fri Night有live band表演，氣氛好好但有又唔會嘈到傾唔到計，啱晒一班人嚟飲嘢傾偈！ 酒嘅選擇多，紅白酒、cocktail樣樣有，而且happy hour 好抵。最正係個露台位，吹住風睇夜景，chill到唔想走。因為露台位位置約10個左右，想坐可能要早少少到！上一層仲有roof top area，嗰日見上面好多人就就無上去。如果鍾意靚景加音樂，呢度絕對係中環抵玩之選

今日同朋友去咗呢一間rooftop bar 主打係佢第一杯嘢飲係可以做到$10/杯，而且選擇嚟講都非常多可以揀唔同嘅嘢飲，唔鍾意飲酒精嘅朋友，亦都可以選擇汽水！我哋大概7:00嘅時候去到，非常多人，好彩我哋喺出邊都搵到位置！我哋叫咗紅白酒各一杯，每人$10，連埋+1兩杯都係$22。可以飽覽成個維港嘅景色。呢一個價錢嚟講真係冇得輸。白酒嘅味道我覺得比較清新，淡淡地唔會有太強嘅酒精味，呢一個價錢嚟講，絕對冇得挑剔，餐廳氣氛亦都非常好！唔同嘅日子有唔同嘅主題！鍾意嘅朋友可以去試吓！
