最近喝酒多了,飯宴上喝點酒,的確更能把食物的味道發揮出來,又或是帶出點變化,加上少許酒意,感覺也令人享受。這天來到日航酒店中菜廳桃李吃午飯,一嚐由他們與加州葡萄酒協會合作推出的酒宴,不同的加州美酒配搭多款佳餚,在此也先謝謝邀請。餐廳在尖沙咀海旁,落地玻璃,維港景致進入眼瞼,這天天氣十分好,藍天白雲,感覺更加寫意。先來的是口水汁小黃瓜,小黃瓜爽脆清甜,喜愛這口水汁帶點微辣,最合我的口味,令人開胃。千層峰,這個豬耳非常爽脆,口感的確很讚,而且肉味還是濃郁,也真不錯。中菜常吃的叉燒拼乳豬,這裡吃的是每天新鮮自家製作,叉燒肥瘦適中,肉質軟腍鬆化,蜜汁味道調製得好,但叉燒稍缺點微焦,否則就更為出色,但這個已令人吃得津津有味,我也多吃了兩件。乳豬皮烤十分香脆,脂肪不太多,不會吃得滿口油膩,薄薄一層帶來脂香,肉也軟腍,好吃。魚翅灌湯餃,湯底加入以金華火腿來煲,材料也足味道十分香濃,鹹香中帶著鮮甜。期後是廚師即席炮製火焰基圍蝦,活生生的基圍蝦先被酒及玫瑰露浸過弄醉,再放入火鍋內炒,酒精下,火焰燒得紅紅的,非常猛烈。蝦的酒味濃烈,但同樣帶著蝦的鮮甜,口感也是爽口。再配上Chardonnay Heitz

先來的是口水汁小黃瓜,小黃瓜爽脆清甜,喜愛這口水汁帶點微辣,最合我的口味,令人開胃。千層峰,這個豬耳非常爽脆,口感的確很讚,而且肉味還是濃郁,也真不錯。

中菜常吃的叉燒拼乳豬,這裡吃的是每天新鮮自家製作,叉燒肥瘦適中,肉質軟腍鬆化,蜜汁味道調製得好,但叉燒稍缺點微焦,否則就更為出色,但這個已令人吃得津津有味,我也多吃了兩件。乳豬皮烤十分香脆,脂肪不太多,不會吃得滿口油膩,薄薄一層帶來脂香,肉也軟腍,好吃。

期後是廚師即席炮製火焰基圍蝦,活生生的基圍蝦先被酒及玫瑰露浸過弄醉,再放入火鍋內炒,酒精下,火焰燒得紅紅的,非常猛烈。蝦的酒味濃烈,但同樣帶著蝦的鮮甜,口感也是爽口。再配上Chardonnay Heitz Cellar Napa Valley 2008,酒的醇香加上蝦的鮮甜,味道不會搶。

XO醬彩椒玉簪蝦球,另一道蝦的菜式,巨型的蝦球捲著菜心及火腿絲,伴上紅黃椒一同來炒,XO醬掛滿蝦身,橙黃黃的,充滿光澤,賣相十分吸引。蝦肉十分鮮爽彈牙,味道討好,個人很愛這XO醬味。跟蝦球喝的是Chardonnay Heitz Cellar,Napa Valley 2008,這款酒味道則較酸甜,酸甜與辣在口中柔合,來得自然。這自家製的XO醬,味道挺好,瑤柱份量也多,辣椒分量也相對少,辣度也容易接受,喜愛的可以買回家吃。

美極醬香蒜牛柳粒,一小口的牛柳,肉質非常軟腍鬆化,口感比想像中的還要好。而且肉味香濃,帶豐盛的肉汁,吃一件牛,喝一口Cabernet Sauvignon Jordan,Alexander Valley 2007的美酒,果酸味道很濃,最適合用來配牛吃。

吃過了四道佳釀配的菜式過,還試了桃李的招牌菜仁稔醬香燻BB鴨,是旅發局美食之最大賞2003得獎菜式。BB鴨一送來時,濃烈的煙燻味道撲鼻誘人,令人急不及待的想吃。鴨肉非常入味,煙燻味重,肉質嫩腍,令人回味。

上湯菠菜苗,吃了多道肉類菜式,也要吃點清的蔬菜,作個平衡。吃到此時,已有點飽,再來錦繡桃李飯,那就真的很滿足。飯粒分明,不會很油膩,但口感則較軟腍及濕潤,味道還好,有蝦粒、豬肉、蕃茄等材料。

最後少不了的甜品,即撞的木桶杏仁豆腐花,個人喜愛不下黃糖前先吃數口,有時候豆味夠濃郁的,連糖也不會放。這裡的豆味也香,質感更是令人驚喜,十分滑溜,但帶點挺實,真不錯。

奶黃煎堆球,煎堆球炸得香脆,吃下帶點韌糯,有少許油膩,夾著的奶黃餡料不算很滑,但奶黃香不算很重。紅豆蓉脆皮球,相比起奶黃煎堆球,這個皮的質感較好,而且紅豆蓉的味道好吃,挺喜歡吃。最後的是綠茶甜薄餅,薄餅表面煎得微脆,吃下口感帶點煙韌軟糯。綠茶味道也香,但可以再濃烈點,味道不太甜。

這頓午飯,食物質素都很高,配上佳釀,令人吃得滿足。想吃的,要盡早預訂,此餐單只供應至八月三十一日。

The Suckling Pig is probably one of the best I have ever tried. The Char Siu with its Maltose was also addictive. Hard to fathom why I discovered here so late either. Totally amazing Pig!!

Another wonderfully fragrant dish. The Baby duck meat was tender with crispy skin, but the sugary tea aroma was so exotic. A must order. And priced so fairly.

Signature Fried Rice - 錦繡桃李飯
Fried with Duck Meat, Prawns, Gai Lan and lots of eggs. This was the elegant hotel style of fried rice without being too dry like a Dai Pai Dong version. Really appreciated this.

House Made Tofu-Fa on the fly -
Very tofu soy like in taste, but smooth as milk. Probably one of the best tofu fas I have had in HK.

今日兩人做冬,去酒店食中菜,以免人多。前一日打電話訂位,都訂到位。坐下就是鬥耐性的開始,等開茶,等人take order, 等人添煲仔飯,等人take 甜品order, 等了半小時甜品,期間無人主動跟進,最順利是埋單!幾個經理的服待殷勤,但只對旁邊的大檯客人,一直傾談,並目不斜視,對旁邊雙人檯的我們,並無任何招呼。以一間五星級酒店的中菜廳,咁服務實在差!至於食物,不錯1, 脆皮雞:非常好味!用新鮮雞做,皮脆!2. 田雞煲仔飯:一般3. 大連煎鮑魚:一般4. 雪耳薑汁湯丸:好味,重薑味,但雪耳走佬!無雪耳!

有考慮過叫甜品吃,但以呢度咸點的水準睇,相信甜品亦不會很出色,倒不如出去找間甜品店,真正的滿足甜胃,不是更好嗎?

今次到日航酒店桃李中菜廳,係因為先前睇左d食評都唔錯,想帶家人去試一試!踏入餐廳唔算太大,不過環境唔錯幾舒服!雖然唔係坐窗邊但都睇到成個sea view,nice!先order左一碟蜜汁叉燒食住先!細細碟,蜜汁好濃,good!d叉燒有肥有瘦好靚!我地一家6口食,碟叉燒5分鐘就比我地食晒haha..然後聽了個waiter介紹剛剛11月做緊"煲仔熱身賽"款式好多,我地叫左個"黑椒雜菌煙肉桶蠔煲",好好味...除左煲仔菜之外,呢到連煲仔飯都有做,係酒店食都煲仔飯真係未試過!一於就決定試埋個"香心菜甜梅菜日本黑豚肉煲仔飯"另外飲左個豬肺湯,都OK!仲有order左隻好出名既炸子雞食同銀雪魚,都算名副其實,的確唔錯既!總括黎講,呢餐飯我地成家都食得幾滋味!我特別喜歡佢今期"煲仔熱身賽"推介,天氣再凍d更佳!如果鍾意食濃味既人係呢到完全滿足到!值得下次再去!可以試埋其他有特式既煲仔菜!有機會仲要影番幾相張同大家分享下!

一於就決定試埋個"香心菜甜梅菜日本黑豚肉煲仔飯"
另外飲左個豬肺湯,都OK!
仲有order左隻好出名既炸子雞食同銀雪魚,
都算名副其實,的確唔錯既!

總括黎講,
呢餐飯我地成家都食得幾滋味!
我特別喜歡佢今期"煲仔熱身賽"推介,天氣再凍d更佳!
如果鍾意食濃味既人係呢到完全滿足到!
值得下次再去!可以試埋其他有特式既煲仔菜!

已經有幾個月沒有到過這間餐廳了,上一次就是說xo醬個一個。今次是和幾個朋友一行六人吃一頓中午,叫了幾款點心(魚翅灌湯餃、蝦餃、燒賣、春卷和小籠飽),兩三個小菜(上湯露筍、炸子雞和清蒸東星班)和一個炒飯(瑤柱蛋白炒飯)。它們的湯餃湯濃,還真的有魚翅,味道不錯。點心就—不過不失,不過最好吃的是蒸魚和炸子雞,魚就剛剛好熟,魚味美鮮甜,而雞就脆卜卜。最後結帳是還有七折券送(因為我們過了$500),留在下一次才可以使用,但是使用有效是一致四)

平時都會睇下d卡有咩優惠都會去試下咁今次見到東亞卡有個套餐半價咁誇張就走去試下真係好彩,安排我同女友二人坐window seat,桃李依度環境真係幾好可以望到海景,個夜景真係一流呀我地急不及待地order左兩個set!原來個set係一位位咁出,幾好呀,唁駛夾黎黎去咁麻煩!首先黎個小食,其中個蝦球最好味!大大粒!第二就係個湯喇 -- 雲吞雞湯翅!!!!!呢個真係好正!!!!!!成個set最好味就係呢個!!個湯超濃,仲有啲翅咁,超正!!另外,我仲記得有個銀雪魚都好好味,之前未食就咁聞都好香喇跟住仲有兩三個餸咁,已經好飽了,食埋個麵真係好full了...最後仲有個糖水同糕點...真係飽到不得了講真個set真係唔錯,價錢又唔算好貴,可以再試同埋佢地 d 同事控制d時間幾好!唔會好急好趕咁,又唔會等好耐,我地可以慢慢嘆總括黎講真係唔錯!!!值得推介

今次見到東亞卡有個套餐半價咁誇張
就走去試下

我地急不及待地order左兩個set!
原來個set係一位位咁出,幾好呀,唁駛夾黎黎去咁麻煩!


首先黎個小食,其中個蝦球最好味!大大粒!
第二就係個湯喇 -- 雲吞雞湯翅!!!!!呢個真係好正!!!!!!成個set最好味就係呢個!!
個湯超濃,仲有啲翅咁,超正!!


另外,我仲記得有個銀雪魚都好好味,之前未食就咁聞都好香喇


跟住仲有兩三個餸咁,已經好飽了,食埋個麵真係好full了...最後仲有個糖水同糕點...真係飽到不得了


講真個set真係唔錯,價錢又唔算好貴,可以再試


同埋佢地 d 同事控制d時間幾好!
唔會好急好趕咁,又唔會等好耐,我地可以慢慢嘆


總括黎講真係唔錯!!!

有一個月都沒有到這間餐廳吃飯,中午便和朋友吃了這裡既商務套餐,這個套餐今個月剛轉了款,所選擇既都幾多下。 ,今次比較特別order 了 xo醬 ($25),好好吃,不是太辣,但確實是真材實料!(PS 我問個其中一個女侍應說是自已餐廳做),,,如果想買就要$180 一樽。

計上次食完之後,今次是為了 celebrate我friend的生曰第一道叫了一碟前菜~海哲頭拼鴨腎,真是好口感,好彈牙,咬入去時有卡卡聲..........good,价錢要$85出面食只有一條條的海哲.......第二道菜,叫了一碟清炒菜心,都5香,又細碟,但价錢要$90不值最後當然是甜品~好多芒果肉的布丁,真是有芒果肉,好好味~不像出面的糖水店,有d是假不是真的芒果

昨晚和朋友二人路過此地,剛巧有少許餓,便9:30 p.m走入去,還記得上一次都感覺幾好,所以路過都選擇這裡。我是昨晚只order 了雲吞麵、皮蛋肉片粥和炒芥蘭雲吞麵隻蝦好新鮮,湯十分足味,可能是以上等既材料做既,然而粥就幾好,味道感覺好好,不過好像細了一點,最後芥蘭就炒得幾夠火!正
