家中長輩要求去南北樓食片皮鴨。訂左位先睇食評,見負評居多,做定心理準備。晚上7點半,只有三枱客。點了填鴨兩食、素腐皮卷拼棒棒雞、紅燒牛筋、沙煱津白,仲有鐵板干燒蝦球。填鴨有水準;腐皮卷上枱時暖暖地,鮮製好味,但棒棒雞就一般,雞絲無味,汁得個辣字。牛筋微辣,冧得嚟仍有咬口,但我嫌啲汁太濃味。蝦球爽口,味道不錯。沙煱津白湯甜足料(海參,雞,火腿,草菇,津白,筍),剛好中和返剛才濃味嘅餸菜。4個人,係叫多左,要打包。但仍然要食埋個拔絲蘋果先肯走。全單85折都要$1400,唔平,不過食物質素拉云都算唔錯。值得一提的是,服務甚佳,待應都殷勤有禮,主動換碗換碟換熱茶,連其他食評恨批的某女待應都係都親切有禮。

Poor service from a person in charge. She is very rude. And portion of food was small. They are very cheeky as they are doing a special value set now and they would never unite to show you that menu until your asked. Hence all foreigner would never see that menu. The portion was extremely small. Dishes ordered for take away was so little in portion and when I called up, that same person in charge just hung up on me! Extremely rude!

同事介紹下黎左呢道午餐,好難得又有菜飯食所以加左5蚊叫左個菜飯,但並唔係我想像中既肥肥的菜飯。真係只係啲菜加左落飯入面。同事叫左四季豆、回鍋肉同夫妻肺片。一個餐有飯有餸有湯仲有雪糕都係60幾蚊,唔算抵唔算貴亦唔係好味啦。

Don’t bother coming here as it caters mainly for tourists that don’t know any better! Super pricey.. we paid HKD170 for a plate of fried green sprout as it was marked as seasonal dish with no price indication. The food is mediocre and overly expensive. We paid HKD900 for 2 people which not worth for the quality and ambiance!

日本人にも合う本格的な四川料理のお店。ガイドブックにも良く載ってますが、知り合いからのお薦めもあり、今回は友人家族と初訪問。店の看板料理でもあるエビチリは数種類から選ぶことができ、目の前で熱々の鉄板で仕上げてくれます。四川料理ですが、そこまで辛過ぎず深みのある味わいでまさに絶品。日本語が出来る店員さんもいて日本語メニューもあります。子供用には唐辛子抜きで作ってくれるなど、子連れでも安心して行けます。

高力豆沙不會油淋淋,甜度剛好。

鄰桌的很多外國人,韓國,日本歐美也有,好像拿了很多獎。。。

平均食物質素好,小菜款色多,明顯用料優質,會再來幫襯。

這碟茄子🍆油滑粉嫩,香棉可口,似肉非肉,非常有趣,茄子本身沒什麼味道,靠的就是調味,而且吸油能力很強,我不會多吃。

說起茄子,它有個故事。有句話叫「茄子一名落蘇」落蘇是茄子的別稱,簡單來說就是避諱,茄子發音似瘸子,有個瘸佬不喜歡旁人說茄子,於是就強逼百姓叫茄子作落蘇。

同樣敗筆在太多勾芡,雖然醬色吸引,但完本末倒置,搶走了魚的位置。就像天生麗質的美女化了一個大濃妝,淡妝已經可以盡現清麗脫俗,何必畫蛇添足呢?

魚塊炸得香脆可口,魚肉細嫩不腥,不過醬汁有點辣,加上醬汁太多,搶走了魚肉的鮮味,怕辣的朋友要留意。

反而覺得蘸椒鹽去炸更好,蘸得滿口的椒鹽有什麼意思呢?乾脆叫「香脆排骨」或「去骨排骨」更恰當。

欣賞這份中式甜品-紅豆沙鍋餅。外皮炸得酥脆薄透,紅豆餡用料用心,吃得出實實在在的紅豆蓉,味道絕佳,最怕中式甜品過甜,但這客甜品甜度適中,喜歡吃紅豆的可以一試。


這間中菜館的裝修從門面以至餐廳裡面都很有心思和誠意,貫徹中國風,服務態度亦理想,菜式賣相佳,可惜味道不算驚艷,份量較細碟,同行幾位壯丁抱怨吃不飽

朋友經常問我最鍾意什麼菜式? 我都一定會答係中菜還是最適合自己口味啊, 而且變化多, 食幾多都唔會厭今日跟着朋友嘅步伐, 嚟到他推介的餐廳南北樓避過銅鑼灣的午飯人潮兩點嚟到人流開始退去, 環境變得清靜我們亦被安排入坐先來自家腌製青瓜及泡菜, 哈哈胃口亦可以解暑紅燒大蝦原本的紅燒大蝦應該用鐵盤上, 幸好店長見我們人少改了細份給我們, 主要已而茄醬及芫茜調味, 還很爽口, 吃了兩隻就想點個白飯, 才可吃更多 宮保雞丁雞件先炸成金死人黃色, 帶點焦香, 辣椒大條得令我不感吃下, 不過香味十足,還有些炸九層塔陣間味道層次, 整體非常濃香惹味, 得到滿分炸豬扒麵麵質比較寬, 烹調時間啱啱好非常爽口, 豬扒都好淋容易咬開擔擔麵如果花生味再重一點就比較好, 蔥花伴麵也好香口, 算吃了半碗白飯也可以將他吃下, 令人非常滿足 南北樓 The Red Pepper Restaurant星期一至日: 11:30-00:00銅鑼灣蘭芳道7號地下Tel: 25773811

雞件先炸成金死人黃色, 帶點焦香, 辣椒大條得令我不感吃下, 不過香味十足,
還有些炸九層塔陣間味道層次, 整體非常濃香惹味, 得到滿分

晚上逛完街,找地方吃夜宵,朋友说这家门面看起来不错,所以就进去了。进去发现地方不大,老外挺多,感觉逼格很高啊!坐下拿菜单我就不舒服了,菜贵的有点离谱,虽说是在港岛,但性价比太差了。点了四个菜。铁板虾球,鱼头砂锅,什么油鸡(半只),还有个空心菜。铁板虾球,鱼头砂锅味道还过得去,那个油鸡真是...,感觉是用的鸡是肉鸡,然后很干。空心菜也是,炒的太熟了,烂烂的,也没怎么吃。我也不算是个吃货,能凑合就好了,但连我也觉得不好吃,真心不推荐。四个菜 两个人吃 用了$1100 感觉不值。badbadbad

呢個食評我一定要寫,而你一定要睇!話說今晚是佔中13日內我們第一次去銅鑼灣。恰巧經過南北樓這家在銅鑼灣多年的餐廳,想到在這裏那麼多年也不會差到那裏,便和太太決定一試。剛坐下便看看餐牌,心想:嘩!也真的一點不便宜。於是便點了:- 雞火津白,招牌雞和雜錦鍋巴。先來雜錦鍋巴:雜錦即有魷魚、蝦、茹、節瓜和火腿!無錯係火腿而唔係雲腿!我食緊中餐喎!火腿?即刻呆咗。個獻汁係用啲蠔油加上一個玻璃獻,你能想像都那味道嗎?招牌雞:招牌喎!老實講,我有很大期望,但真係好差!第一,雞係雪藏雞。雪藏都算,你去咗啲雪藏味得唔得?第二,個汁,係辣汁。其實就係用辣椒醬加甜醬造成的。如果個廚師諗住用呢個汁去蓋過的雪味,sorry..你一點都做唔到!個雞皮...唉...好似老人家的皮咁....雞火津白:呢個菜我食到想喊!因為我覺得就算一個唔識煮飯嘅人都應該煮得好過呢到!雞即雞胸肉,有四塊,一點雞味都無只有雪味。火即係火腿! 無錯!又係火腿! 我真係只可以傻笑! 至於啲菜, 唉...只係娃娃菜來! 咁都算!但點解可以一啲味都冇?? 咁嘅餐廳都唔執?我請大家不要試!仲要一提,如果外國遊客食咗呢間餐廳就放棄中菜,這便是罪大

招牌雞:招牌喎!老實講,我有很大期望,但真係好差!第一,雞係雪藏雞。雪藏都算,你去咗啲雪藏味得唔得?第二,個汁,係辣汁。其實就係用辣椒醬加甜醬造成的。如果個廚師諗住用呢個汁去蓋過的雪味,sorry..你一點都做唔到!個雞皮...唉...好似老人家的皮咁....

仲要一提,如果外國遊客食咗呢間餐廳就放棄中菜,這便是罪大惡極了!
