清酒煮蜆
佢嘅蜆肉非常新鮮,師傅仲同我哋介紹點樣先為之新鮮嘅蜆肉,配上清酒嘅味道,更加將蜆肉嘅鮮甜更上一層樓。而且因為喺鐵板上面烹調,師傅仲特意整咗一個錫紙碗,好特別☺️

和牛西冷厚切/薄燒
喺肉方面,係可以喺套餐度選擇,今日我哋就食厚切牛肉,配上啱啱新鮮烹調好嘅炸蒜,口感一流。而薄燒方面,師傅就加入咗蔥同炸蒜喺肉片入邊,所以口感非常特別。

除咗主菜之外,套餐仲包埋炒飯,師傅係用咗黃牛嘅油,加上雞蛋蔥等烹調而成,配埋龍蝦麵豉湯同植物,感覺好圓滿☺️🫰🏻。最後當然唔少得甜品,師傅就整咗一個焦糖多士,配埋益力多刨冰,飽到傻咗🤣。

士多啤梨綿綿冰係甜品之一,刨冰係一絲絲嘅,味道酸酸甜甜,唔會太甜,入口即溶😋好滿足!不過溶嘅速度都幾快,要趁快食🤪另外,仲有焦糖多士😌見住成堆砂糖係麵包到溶化,外層沾滿焦糖,非常脆身,食落甜而不膩🤤

之後會呈上超生猛龍蝦 龍蝦色澤光亮 超級新鮮 廚師會先分開頭尾 之後會挑出龍蝦肉 加上牛油,洋蔥及白酒炒 再用龍蝦膏作汁 味道十分唔錯 龍蝦膏精華完美滲入龍蝦肉 肉質彈牙爽口~

🪄甘鯛立鱗燒
餐廳今次提供左白金鯛 連鱗片 採用半煎半炸方式烹調 平時魚鱗片系硬身 但今次呢個方式令鱗片立起 十分薄身 好香脆 而鯛魚肉就有鮮味濃 肉質彈牙可口 好滋味😆

餐廳會根據時節提供適合既海鮮 今次提供左北寄貝 廚師先將肉起好 再切片 加上昆布絲及北極貝既內臟 配合高湯 更能帶出鮮味 貝類十分新鮮 味道更加鮮甜😗

然後廚師會預備一個錫紙盤 加入高湯 配合昆布,蒜,櫻花蝦及黑椒 放上新鮮蜆肉 然後加上清酒 即刻烈火燃燒 幾有打卡效果 酒精揮發後 煮出來的蜆會鮮甜啲 而且肉質無沙😉

估唔到一次過可以試到牛肉厚燒及薄燒 廚師會先將新鮮蒜片炒成炸蒜片作配搭 香味濃郁~牛肉厚切成牛柳粒 肉質嫩滑 牛味濃 加上香脆蒜片 另外薄燒牛肉夾上洋蔥 質感好香口 有口感 我個人更喜歡厚切牛肉😆
