To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 成日見到天仁店外很多人排隊, 真的好喝嗎？日前趁着有優惠, 滿$50送$25現金卷, 買了一杯珍鮮奶茶（微甜）& 綠抹拿鐵（微甜）.珍鲜奶茶 - 是一貫台灣珍珠奶茶的口感, 着重的是奶和糖的掺合.而其茶味卻欠缺. 微甜是絕對喝不到台灣奶茶的精髓啊！所以相比下, 麥記的還合我意！簡單而傳神！綠抹拿鐵- 有抹茶味（是加入抹茶粉 的）, 但味不濃的. 茶味更沒甚喝到. 但總比珍珠奶茶好.我想下次還是喝茶好了, 最起碼可嘗到茶. 是香的？是甘的？ 可有個數吧！

天仁茗茶平時賣開茶而家都有梳乎厘班戟食不過係限定叫了一個鐵觀音味一個藍莓味都要等二十分鐘左右呢望住職員即刻係到打蛋白再整蛋醬跟住就即焗望住個梳乎厘慢慢上升 好治癒啊個班戟食落都好軟綿綿雖然唔係話十分高鐵觀音味好食個sauce整得特別真係有茶味如果再多d就好珍珠都放得好夠..藍莓味就比較普通唔夠fresh 配珍珠有點怪如果配下d blueberry jam 可能會更好呀不過呢個價錢黎講好抵食呀但就等耐少少可以去行個圈再反黎整體黎講可以一試.......
