To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 這個品牌光顧了快10年了吧，沙田店也光顧好多次，今天買了杯珍珠奶茶發現珍珠變小了？奶茶的味道沒變，但是總體感覺差了很多，如果其他店都係這樣，就可以成功幫忙戒珍珠奶茶了

11月18日10:45左右去到天仁茗茶沙田分店 店員說11:00開門。然後我們在那裏等到11:00 想買珍珠奶茶 店員話冇珍珠 要等半個鐘 我哋係個附近等左半個鐘 然後店員又話要4至5分鐘。大概11:40左右再去買珍珠奶茶 店員又話要等多五分鐘。咁其實我哋等左咁耐，店員每次都話要等五分鐘五分鐘 我哋因為真係好想飲珍珠奶茶。所以先會繼續等，真係好令我哋失望囉！11:00開門，但係等咁耐都仲未有珍珠 啊因為我個女真係好想飲珍珠奶茶所以我哋check咗OpenRice開門嘅時間帶佢過嚟都得到都冇飲到..

第一次飲鐵觀音朱古力鮮奶茶果次覺得幾好飲，真係唔錯，但第二次係呢間分店買，成杯野淡茂茂，成杯奶水咁，完全冇鐵觀音味。。。仲要成$35杯，勁唔抵，下次去開果間都係飲返果間，失望。。

外賣叫咗香芋鮮奶綠茶+珍珠+微糖+少冰，同埋黑鑽仙草鮮奶茶+去冰+半糖+珍珠，消消暑。佢嘅香芋鮮奶六真係好香香芋味，又有香芋，用鮮奶奶味有香，所以呢個好受歡迎。鍾意食佢嘅珍珠，因為珍珠大小適中，有嚼勁，飲完真係好飽，但心靈好實在個黑鑽仙草鮮奶茶都唔錯，因為吾飲凍野，所以走冰，佢最好係走左冰，嘢飲都係凍凍地嘅，送外賣過嚟，俾室溫凍少少，適合驚飲凍飲又想消暑嘅女仔。仙草類似我哋嘅涼粉，但就無傳統嘅涼茶味咁濃，當蒟蒻食都唔錯。不過好可惜，呢款飲品冇得揀微糖，剩係得少糖，但我都覺得佢略甜。希望佢可以有微糖啦
