To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification.       Other branches are way better in terms of consistency and quality. Ordered an easy on syrup and no ice bubble milk tea. So happen they don’t have enough bubble so just gave a few. The lady asked a colleague to go fetch some more bubbles. Ended up getting a Super sweet with loads of ice and few bubble watery drink. Just can’t be bothered to read the order properly. Don’t even ask your customer if you don’t care.

      天仁鐵觀音雪糕平日都好喜歡飲天仁，每一次嚟到天仁都有一個選擇困難，因為有好多嘅選擇，一直都係心頭好，心理上覺得比一般台式飲品更健康。不過今次係被佢哋嘅雪糕吸引。【鐵觀音雪糕】鐵觀音係烏龍茶嘅一種，屬於青茶，平時喺茶樓都鍾意飲鐵觀音，好難想像佢同雪糕係咁夾，同雪糕嘅配搭都幾特別。食左第一啖之後，口腔有茶味嘅回甘，茶香味突出!!味道比較清淡，唔會太甜太膩，個人幾鍾意佢嘅清香，不過雪糕質感唔算幼滑，但係呢個味道幾特別，總算挽回不少分數。

      抹茶雪糕 $23大熱天時，當然要食杯雪糕啦今日經過中環行左去香港站到見到天仁茗茶門口好多人排隊⋯平時都聽聞天仁既茶唔錯，今次就試下佢既雪糕啦！原來雪糕都好吸引！！抹茶味好濃，又有少少甘香 質感都好幼滑，奶味就一般 杯裝份量都好多，好大杯咖，絕對值回票價！

      曾多次聽聞身邊友人盛讚天仁茗茶的鐵觀音雪糕。我們身為雪糕的鐵杆粉，又豈能錯失如斯美味？可惜天意弄人，每次到中環香港站分店，不是那天沒有鐵觀音口味 (這分店每天只供應一款口味，而每三天才轉一次口味，包括綠茶、鐵觀音及阿薩母紅茶)、就是店舖已要打烊，叫我們明天請早。於是，不知何時開始，要一嚐天仁茗茶的鐵觀音雪糕已成為了我們的執念。幾經辛苦，我們終於找到合適的時機! 入口的確能嚐到淡淡的茶味，頗為清香，亦沒有苦澀味。嗜茶之人大概覺得不夠喉，但因我們都不是特別愛喝鐵觀音之人，所以茶味不濃反而切合我們的喜好。可惜雪糕不夠綿密幼滑，甚至竟咬到些許冰粒。鐵觀音口味為天仁茗茶獨有，的確有gimmick，而價格亦算親民；但咬到冰粒實在大為扣分，令人失望。

      Waited about half an hour for my drink just to get this thing that tasted like watered down warm milk.  It was bad enough I had to add 2/3 bag of sugar to my 30%-sweet drink to make it taste a little more drinkable.  Very disappointed in this Ten Ren branch.P.S.  It took so long everyone was late for work after lunch.
