前菜有兩塊脆脆嘅薄煎餅,配合四款醬,分別係辣椒,薄荷,酸梅同咖哩,完成反映到印度菜有唔同調味料同醬料,好有特色。同埋見到餐廳安排嘅餐具同擺設都有花到心思,令到畫面都睇落好精緻。黎得印度餐廳當然要食下佢地嘅咖哩,叫左個咖哩奶油雞同牛油燒餅。咖哩汁好香,香料嘅味道好濃,有少少奶油混左落去,好夾,感覺都地道啲!而且雞都好入味,淡淡都有肉,數量都唔算少。牛油燒餅點住咁食就一流,一淡淡好快就食曬,啲餅好吸醬料,但燒餅就唔夠脆口。如果可以熱呼呼咁出爐,應該會更脆口,咁就會再吸引啲!另外,仲叫左個芒果沙冰,芒果味都幾濃。如果再放多啲沙冰就更好,本身杯野似係溶左少少嘅芒果沙冰。唔想飲太凍反而就咁樣就剛好~ continue reading

突然好想食咖哩,經過呢間正宗印度餐廳,就試試佢有幾正宗先😊內裡環境都好乾淨企理,員工都係印度人,親切有禮,雖然英文都唔算好好,餐牌有中英對照,所以溝通都無問題👍🏻印度薄脆配以四種唔同醬料,最鐘意綠色嘅薄荷味,估唔到啡色係甜、黃色係少少酸,而紅色對我嚟講就太辛辣喇,欣賞佢各放一隻匙羹,唔怕啲味mix埋左一齊奶油咖喱雞塊+古法烤餅雞塊本來以香料醃煮過,呈現橙色,估唔到咬落都好稔;咖喱加入香料煮成,有獨特香味,加入奶油混合埋更易入口;古法烤餅以Tandoor鍋貼邊烤成,又香又軟一啲都唔油,見到夾層仲有少少牛油同蒜。將烤餅浸入咖喱,夾埋雞塊嚟食,一啖接一啖食唔停🥰Banana Lassi店員建議試Mango Lassi,但去過第二度試覺得太甜,於是試下Banana Lassi,好濃郁好似milk shake咁,亦唔會太甜見到有好多羊肉既菜式,下次再過嚟試🥰 continue reading

其實個人都挺喜歡吃正宗印度菜,但因身邊鍾意吃的朋友不多,故真是已有一段時間沒有吃過,今日經過天后發現一間印度菜,一於獨個兒重拾它的美味!店子是長方形格局,地方不多, 只設有數張二人至四人枱,配軟墊座椅及梳化座,坐得挺舒適,還播放着輕快的印度歌,感覺好輕鬆。A la carta menu有 Soups、Appetizers、Tandoori sizzlers、CT’s Special、Curries、Veg Special 、Basmati Rice、Breads和Desserts,選擇都幾多。點菜後,店員隨即送上餐前小吃,是薄脆餅配四色醬($0)。先試捲成筒形的薄脆餅,帶點黑椒和香料的香辣,越吃越滋味。在不同位置滴下各款醬料,細味它們獨有味道。最開胃是深啡色的羅望子醬汁,酸酸甜甜,好醒胃。最香是蒜泥醬,味道挺特別。最温和是粉綠色的薄荷乳酪醬,淡淡的薄荷香,味道清新。而最刺激是鮮橙色的辣椒醬,火辣度好高,甚至嗆喉。************************在Curries項目中,揀了一客咖喱雜菜羊 Jalfrezi with Lamb ($118)配烤麥包 ($18),一齊上枱。醬汁 加入辣椒、蕃茄、洋蔥、青辣椒、多種香料等炮製而成,呈鮮橙色,質地濃稠,味道 酸酸咪咪帶點微辣, 辣度溫純, 帶有香料香,越吃越開胃。羊肉份量挺多,足足有七八件,能咬出絲絲的肉,有咬口但並不嚡口,不錯。吃印度菜怎能沒有烤餅?選了一客烤麥包 Tandoori Roti($18),共有兩大件,包表有少少焦燶。厚薄度適中,質感柔韌,帶有麥香,味道和口感都不錯,吃時蘸上咖喱醬汁 ,再夾些咖喱雜菜,最佳的食法。------------------------------這一頓真是久違的印度菜,今日重拾它的美味,可惜……只是一人,未能吃多些不同的菜式,希望下次有人相伴,一齊再重拾它的美味。 continue reading

到救世軍捐贈玩具後,順便到附近來個印度咖哩午餐。這星期持續下雨,整個人都濕氣重,常覺睏倦,要食咖哩來祛濕。在熟悉的印度美食餐牌中,點了咖哩 x Naan x Masala Tea。 Dal Bukhara    面對印度咖哩,會偏愛素食系列,例如豆, panner, gobi, Aloo之類,最後選了豆類咖哩。在家中是不會浪費時間和煤氣煮豆囉。黑扁豆,感覺係黑色食物,扁豆,就令我想起中藥的扁豆衣。 豆類有豐富又優質的蛋白質,加上低脂,完全適合正在減肥的我囉!一窩黑扁豆咖哩來了! 軟綿綿, 超濃郁,咖哩底似是Butter 蕃茄底料,不算勁辣, 易入口,只是慢慢會有<行氣活血>的感覺。自己牙齒問題,要避開太硬的食物,很喜歡無需太多牙力就可以享用香辣的黑扁豆。 Naan  咖哩的好朋友Naan,沾黑豆咖哩一流,做匙羹舀出黑扁豆又得,用來抹淨碟子上的咖哩又得。全程無需使用刀叉呢!Masala Tea 享用過美味的豆豆咖哩後,來一印度特飲Masala Tea做句號。Body Report 第二天精神奕奕,不再軟手軟腳了! continue reading

不同食品的質素差距很大,但普遍份量不足。Butter Chicken牛油雞佳,但Paneer芝士菜和Biryani羊肉炒飯味道真的不行,甚至算差。也許午餐按價來平衡還算可以,但單點價格則無法接受。實在無法推薦。 continue reading
