最初計劃請淑慧食餐好少少既生日飯,但突然殺出兩個呈咬金要求共進午餐,無奈 ﹗主人家話事啦,依家 3 個請 1 個仲平左添。Lunch 一夠鐘我即行先一步霸位,好采今日都無咩食客,大把位坐。嘩,估唔到成年無黎幫襯喇。上一次既環境變到快餐店 feel 又嘈又亂,就連 menu 都變左做雞牛豬快餐,嚇鬼死我呀 ﹗依家好似正常返少少喇喎,寧靜舒服,燈光柔和,感覺悠閒。如果唔係食完要趕返工,心情就更舒暢啦 ﹗無花蛤,轉左做大蝦。花甲老人?花蛤嗎?無三文魚,轉左做鱸魚,百無呢。點解 main course 同 set lunch 既菜色一模一樣既?咁為何要 print 多次呢?加面加行字轉餐加錢咪得囉。個 menu 同普通西餐廳無分別,總好過快餐店既。Menu 一年比一年普通,我真係想食法國料理架,唔係依類行野 ﹗燒春雞、煎三文魚柳、煎肉眼扒、卡邦尼意粉、意大利飯。血鴨、鵪鶉、鵝肝、鴨腿、兔髀、黃猄、山雞您地去晒邊呀?餐前飽四款,熱架喎,搽上大量牛油同吃,濃厚麵包香夾著牛油咸香,好味啊。如果要橄欖油同黑醋要另外叫侍應提供,似乎並無意識麵包要配欖油同黑醋喎。凱撒沙律,Set lunch 頭盤可選薯仔沙律或凱撒沙律,我對薯仔麻麻,都係食菜啦。主要為生意,有少少火箭菜及紫椰菜,散點芝士粉,無什麼特別,滿意。田園沙律,食凱撒食到厭,搏一搏。田園即隨意雜錦,鮮爽外國沙律菜撈上橄油黑醋,樸實不華,滿意。意大利雜菜湯,茄膏味濃,還可以。有兩款湯揀,咪又係紅湯同白湯囉。忌廉南瓜湯,不能轉其他或另外 order 其他湯,無選擇。味道無特別,幸好不太甜,忌廉味濃濃帶微甜,過關。脆焗法國鴨髀配松子青蘋果,係髀呀,即係腿,唔係脾,唔係內臟呀 ﹗一間高級法國餐廳點可以咁多錯別字架。第一次食重羶味鴨髀,法國種特別羶?焗到鴨髀肉乾爭爭,肉汁乾涸,皮硬不脆,配上清甜青蘋果會較易接受,麻麻地。焗新薯切片微爽又薯味濃,可口。松子仁香脆,我一向好鍾意食。不過似乎只作點綴作用,毫無關係。煎美國安格斯肉眼扒 3 成熟配紅酒汁,全個 menu 最貴架喇,多謝 HKD248,真係揀無可揀,是但食件扒啦。普普通通,大路無感覺,微暖但中間有少少凍,免強可以接受,整體合格。

要想在週末吃一頓安安靜靜的晚餐而是沒有訂座的, 這裡是個不錯選擇微暖的包, 最特別的是點包的醬, 很美味Tuna tartare, 三文魚, 都是不錯的質數及味道, 開胃的汁, 十分可口一片帶子切開幾塊, 帶子沒雪味, 很難得, 煮得剛剛好, 汁的很美味自家製的湯, 實算不錯, 不論是味道或賣相, 都拿了應拿的分數非常好味, 肉質嫩滑, 難得難得, 不需什麼調味, 燒好便可, 很意外的水準, 有創意的藍莓汁, 都很配, 雖然可有可無, 但都出色比要求的溫度生了一點, 不過羊架的質數不錯, 都沒有羶味, 都很滿意

It was Friday night but only two tables were occupied. Some tables had "reserved" card on but no one comes before we left. We ordered a set dinner and a pasta. The set dinner included a salad with salmon and two "warm" scallops, three tiny cups of soup, a main course, a dessert and a beverage. It costs $500. Also, we ordered a pasta with prawns, around $150. The scallops, as stated in the meun, said they were served in warm temperature. By the time when they were put on the table, they were cold and without much taste. The salad and salmon are just soso. We ordered rib eye steak and lobster as the main course. The lobster had been put for a long time that it did not taste good and with bad texture. The pasta with prawns was a nightmare. The prawns were tasteless, not even salty. I told the waitress about this and she offered me a chocolate mousse to compensate. The chocolate mousse tastes sour and it did not taste like mousse at all. The environment is fine but the quality of the food is unacceptable. I personally think that they are overpriced. And one more thing, when I went to the toilet, I saw a cook sleeping at the customer table near the toilet. It was already 9 o'clock at night. With only a few tables occupied, I could not imagine how tired the cook was.

Stanley Deli 十一月從新開業, 我和一班酒友立即踩場, 餐廳裝修格調走高檔路線, 環境氣紛優雅,食物有一定水準.今晚無食Set Dinner, 因為大廚話有Tamahawk 牛排, 一件足夠六人一起享用,我們便點了一份及煎帶子,青口等前菜,牛排燒的時間掌握非常好, 外脆內滑,牛味十足, 與我們帶來的紅酒十分配合,臨尾的甜品也很精彩, 我點了一份拿破崙,非常可口,還有朋友的芝士餅,一定要食,非常滿足的一個晚上.

老公超有心思, 喺我地一週年紀念日訂左呢間餐廳, 味道真係唔錯架!我地叫左個魚同肉眼扒, 本來怕份量好細唔夠飽,但點知包埋頭盆, 最後都捧住肚肚離場甜品係本來係hot souffle, 不過因為老公同我都唔太鍾意,於是改左blueberry ice cream, 師傅仲親身示範添師傅都有叫我落場煮, 不過無謂獻醜啦總括黎講, 係一個好好既回憶
