To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 剛剛新裝修完,閒日晚上時間客人不多,正適合不喜歡多人的我,叫了一個豉汁䱽魚砵仔飯,下單完即聽到廚房開鑊聲,但是過了十多分鐘後才奉上,很明顯是即叫即蒸。店員服務態度良好,而且主動細心奉上整樽蒸魚豉油讓人隨意添加。䱽魚入口嫩滑,毫不腥臭,青蔥和原粒豆鼓令菜式增添香味,非常惹味和下飯。砵仔飯粒粒分明,雖然不餓但令人有添飯的慾望。跟餐送的銀菊蜜清甜健康。埋單不用70元。整體感受非常良好!下次必定覆桌!!!

首先我點嘅係要魚湯,佢俾咗蕃茄湯嚟都唔緊要,入邊仲要冇任何配料!我點嘅雞翼同埋豆腐一舊都沒有!另外諗住撈飯食,點知一打開個飯係俾人人哋不再一啖你食咁嘅樣,我懷疑係佢哋嘅員工食完擺番落去諗住陣間再食!超誇張勁冇品德!打過去投訴有個女店員就話都唔知呢個客想點,跟住就搵另外一個店員嚟聽電話,淨係退款同埋唔好意思就不了了之!真係好嬲,送錯湯都算連個飯都俾人哋食咗一啖!本身都對佢啲食物幾有信心都覺得OK,之後以後都唔會幫襯!

星期六食早餐再做下運動,和朋友來到濕地公園的湯加,好快趣咁樣點咗個魚柳早餐和牛角包早餐,服務員服務態度很好,好快趣幫我們落咗單,早餐亦都飛快咁樣來到我們檯面,只可惜魚柳早餐的魚柳真的太薄太細了,比起別店的真的差得很遠,有點失望;牛角包早餐的牛角包都不是脆脆的比較淋,唯一驚喜就是熱奶茶,沖得香滑而完全冇苦澀味,都忘記影相,因為實在太享受呢一杯難得嘅茶餐廳熱奶茶,高水準百年難得一試,事實本港好多茶餐廳熱奶茶都沖得不好,所以殘留著茶的苦澀味,而這裏的茶膽,實在是香滑,而沖得技巧掌握得很好,所以完全冇苦澀味,只有茶香,實在值得一讚,雖然早餐的質素普通,但係難喝到一杯如此高質素的熱奶茶,也是時一樂也!令精神為之一振!

「湯加」朋友最新買左個新單位,於是帶我去參觀下,參觀完見肚餓,伍最近食得熱氣野多,所以都係決定食得清啖D松茸淮山竹絲雞湯+淮山麵聽個名已經覺得好養生,湯底飲得出係老火湯,竹絲雞有4份1隻,份量都唔少,而且肉質嫩滑,輕輕一掂己經「骨肉分離」,而且仲有好多淮山同菌類,令湯頭更鮮甜。椎山麵富含營養,麵質爽滑彈牙,掛上濃濃既雞湯一齊食,成件事健康哂~椒鹽多春魚外層煎得香脆,魚肉幼嫩,連魚骨都係軟既,加上魚肚入面脆卜卜既魚春,可以一啖一條,加埋少少檸檬汁一齊食,仲可以減輕油膩感腐皮墨魚卷原本軟淋淋既腐皮煎過之後變得酥脆,入面包住一粒粒既墨魚肉,滋味十足咸檸七大熱天時行到成身熱辣辣,一杯冰凍既咸檸七除左可以補充水份之外,仲可以下火~
