To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 其實這間的旺角分店, 是我首次到訪的食店, 覺食淮山面頗特別, 今次在大埔見到開了分店, 便再次光臨.旺角店設計是分別兩個舖位的, 而大埔的則是兩個商號, 同一個入口, 更顯彈性.當然, 今次也是選淮山面, 主打有10款, 自選湯底, 跟餐配熱飲.我點的是魚肚鯪魚淮山面, 製作需時, 估計是即叫即煮的, 上菜的時候, 魚湯呈現奶白色, 飲一口後感覺不錯, 魚肚和鯪魚的份量不算多, 這個份量男生吃的話應該不夠飽, 淮山面也保持旺角店的, 幼身的面條, 比平日吃的面條要爽一些.

我點的是魚肚鯪魚淮山面, 製作需時, 估計是即叫即煮的, 上菜的時候, 魚湯呈現奶白色, 飲一口後感覺不錯, 魚肚和鯪魚的份量不算多, 這個份量男生吃的話應該不夠飽, 淮山面也保持旺角店的, 幼身的面條, 比平日吃的面條要爽一些.
