秋風起,又到了吃雞煲的時候。上次路過過間雞煲店,聞到香噴噴的味道,所以來試一試。一坐下就有職員為我們介紹幾款雞煲,有滋潤的九尾雞煲、傳統的椰子雞煲和重味的奇味雞煲等,店員強調是沒有味精的。我和女友選了未試過的九尾雞煲,雞煲來到時沒有預期香噴噴的味道,以為沒有什麼料道,但一試之下,湯底非常入味,味道不會太像藥材,但有清甜甘潤之味,在乾燥的秋天下吃這個不錯,要彈的就是雞件斬得太碎。我和女友差不多將整個雞湯喝下,的確沒有味精,不會愈吃愈口渴,然後職員會為你加湯底打邊爐。和女友叫了幾樣邊爐小食,紅薯粉很滑,皇帝菜就有點老,各樣小食的份量不算太多。最後餐廳環境麻麻地,洗手間有點污糟。 continue reading

母親節,作為媽咪級的我,當然要放自己一天假,出去食飯,比籍口自己抖抖囉。每次外出食飯,來來去去,不是東南亞菜,便是自助餐,很久沒外出食小菜,想來想去,想到很久沒去的薪味坊,由於對這店的食物,服務態度印象一直唔錯,便打電話訂檯。我們叫了椰皇雞,之前食過,湯底很清甜,雞肉夠嫩,今次重來,味道依然唔差。另叫了話梅杞子豬手,我不吃豬手的,但家人話好淋,好入味。至於三層豆腐,醉蝦,蜜汁脆鱔水準依舊的好。羅漢燴竹笙則較普通。整體上,食物,價錢及服務態度都依然留下好印象,下次唔想離開大圍,又想食小菜的話,仍然會再來的。 continue reading

幾年前返黎朋友帶我去依間舖食雞煲,個時第一次食響鈴(超正 never heard of it in toronto before but now we have it too 所以印象好深。今次返黎特登約埋中學同學一齊聚吓去食好野。雖然地點唔算近(我住係我姨媽屋企係ap lei chau)不過諗起難得返黎食吓 D特別少少個邊toronto冇既野即使要我搭地鐵去都無所謂。好彩係九龍塘轉火車一個站就到大圍,睇google map行 7分鐘就到喇。偉大的發明🤣 間餐廳係香港大排檔style so it’s interesting for me as i only see this kind of restaurant in TVB shows LOLOverall I enjoyed my visit as it was great seeing my frds and we can chat and laugh loudly and even my foodie frds liked the soup!!! 同事一直推介呢間,今日終於黎試下! 椰子雞煲 (半隻) - 3個女士食半隻就岩岩好,仲可以叫其他食物,滾起後就先每人飲一碗椰子雞湯,好香既椰子味,成個湯好甜! 湯仲加左杞子,再食埋d雞,真係女士既恩物! 但始終有雞,都有d油,不過侍應好好,主動幫我地隔油! 飲晒個湯後,侍應就會加水,再食其他火鍋料。 手切本地牛肉 - 一睇就知超新鮮,雪花均勻,只係灼幾秒就食得,好有肉味,又嫩! 炸響鈴、蛋餃、油麥菜 - 無乜特別,不過不失。 continue reading
